Friendly staff at reception.
Toilets were clean
Our room was on basement
- Location was great. From Earl's Court it was easy to go anywhere you wanted to go. Hotel and traditional English breakfast was worthy of every penny. Definitely will go there again!
Wi-fi didn't work properly the whole time but that wasn't a big problem.
Location, price and cleanliness. Highly recommend.
It was very clean and was in a prime location
There wasnt much option for breakfast was expecting some eggs at least
slamming doors tv does not work AC does not work
The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent.
The wi-fi was not good, the connection kept failing but that could have just been the location of our room other guests may not have had our issues.
Location was good
Stuck in an attic, door card wouldn't work, up down to reception, up down, air con needed but didn't work, breakfast was poor and didn't cater for English. Wouldn't recommend.
Excellent location (less than 5 mins from Earl's Court underground station). Loads of facilities close by i.e. supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bars, fast-foods, post office, etc. Hotel staff really helpful and nice. Thorough, daily room cleaning. Lots of TV channels available. Bath is modern and well equipped, everything new and functional. Overall cleanliness.
The floor and the windows need a bit of fixing. The AC could not be turned off and was a bit chilly in the room during the night.
No AC, no wifi, noisy. No lift to the top floor.
Location was perfect, just next to the underground and also near to the museums, a lo of restaurants and bars too
The location was the only thing going for the hotel
The room was little more than a box room and the bed housed in part in an alcove. The room was uncomfortable with air conditioning that did not work and so noisy that even ear plugs did not have the desired effect.
Our room was ok.Very little, but clean. The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was like in youth hostel. Spaces in English hotels are terrible. Most of them are old and have no style. Like this one.
My room 003 very quiet the location and the friendly staff
The breakfast poor quality food
check in should be 11am at least
Nice staff This hotel is clean, with very clean bathrooms
breakfast was very limited, as well as singl rooms are very small.
limited breakfast choice, but it was ok!
Good air-con and wifi, nice staff, breakfast not too bad, location OK
Rooms really tiny.
GREAT LOCATION CLEAN
SLAMMING DOORS BREAKFAST WAS TOO BUSY AND WAS TOAST OR CEREAL TALKING IN CORRIRDORS ROOM REALLY SMALL
Stayed here for Wimbledon, perfect location wise for that but also for central london. Hotel is literally round the corner from Tube station, every eaterie you can think of from Nando's,Subway, KFC, ZiZi's etc within minutes. For a special treat try the Pembroke Bar/Restaurant - Lovely cocktails and gorgeous food well worth a trip. Hotel upgraded our room on arrival and service was excellent couldnt fault them.
Rooms were very hot but it was mid June and one of our best summers but we had Air Con so it was fine.
A small crammed place in a very good location. Given the money I can't expect more.
I just wanted somewhere to crash for the night after a concert, and not too expensive. Proximity to the tube station was excellent, quiet whilst still being close to busy main road. Room tiny but clean and comfortable, breakfast disappointing, very basic. Overall, it was value for money and I would definitely stay there again if it was just for one night.
Tiny room, very basic, breakfast very limited.
Well situated near the underground and room was comfortable and air conditioned.
I liked the new rooms
Had issues with the Internet
Good location, close to tube, plenty of places to eat
