Good size & adequate twin room for short stay. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have time to have it. Would definitely stay again at £63/night On morning of check-out (a good 11am) the maid knocked & tried to enter the room at 9am! Too early for maid service on any day (sometimes a sleep-in is required) and not required on a check-out day. I didn't see a "do not disturb" sign to put outside, but equally did not expect a 9am "wake-up call".

We were not told about extremely noisy works going on during our stay. When asked why there was a drill on four sides of our room we were told it was minor restoration, and there was no apology given or compensation offered. It was only upon waking at 8am to the sound of a drill right by our head that we demanded our room to be changed. Unhelpful, unapologetic, unaccommodating. Cherry on top - (expensive) internet was not working in the new room.

That it was very close to the Earls Court Underground station. Situated on a quiet residential street. Close to small ethnic restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Comfortable beds. Quiet room. The carpeting in the room and that the bathroom did not have a window or a ventilation system which made it a bit damp in the room. Small bathroom. The hotel in general needs a makeover!!

Location and value for money. Some noise in corridors at 4am and you seem to be in the flightpath.

Everything is ok with the price . The check out time s 11:00 am and seems too early. A lot of hotel can entertain up to 12 and occasionally up to 14:00.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the tube and plenty of pubs and restaurants around. The rooms were clean. The rooms are small. The hotel is very old and needs a serious refurbishment. The breakfast was poor. Shame running a hotel in such a poor condition in this excellent location.

It was convenient, because it was really close to the tube station. Rooms were tiny, sheets were nylon!

One of the Receptionists was really efficient and helpful (unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she was the best member of staff that we have met) . The rooms are small but the price is ok. Breakfast is fine. We had a small problem during our stay (we booked 2 rooms). I would advise you to be careful with yours belongs… This Receptionist (female) tries to help us in this problem and she was really efficient. We can’t tell the same of the other staff members who showed disorganization and unprofessionalism.

The location of the hotel is good - very easy access to Heathrow via the tube station, which is just around the corner, a short walk away from the hotel.

Hotel's location. Unreliable hotel staff, confusing architecture (labyrinthic passages), poor breakfast selection. My room was old, dirty and smelly, with squeaky floor and a bed next to a door and a corridor (so you can hear anybody passing by), and too expensive for what it had to offer! There are renovated, far better looking rooms, so be sure to ask for those!

Great location just round the corner from Earls Court Tube station, shops, restaurants etc. Continental breakfast was ok, but cleared away promptly so don't be late..... It is being refurbished and we had to go outside and down the steps to the small basement breakfast room. The double room was tiny and the shower hose hung off its bracket - making it awkward to use. We've stayed here before but were disappointed this time - think we'll try somewhere else next time.

We were lucky enough to be put in one of the newly refurbished rooms. It was clean and pleasant to be in. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Although the beds were extremely comfortable the plastic sheet was noisy and obvious. I understand the need for protecting the mattress but you can get rubber based waterproof covers that are less obvious. It might be worth investigating.

Not very much. Location was good Where do I start, plastic on the mattress made it very uncomfortable, tiny tv with only 4 channels that worked, every other hotel we stayed at in london around that price had a much better tv with more channels. Fire alarm battery was going dead so would go off every now and then. Woken each morning by hammering in the hotel, hotel didnt let us know there were works going on. Mould through shower, Shower was hot sometimes, mainly warm or cold or scolding, Sink wasnt attached to the wall. Advertised as a modern hotel, definately wasnt the case. For the price paid extremely dissapointed.. More like a backpackers than a 89 pound a night 3 star hotel

I have never in all the years I have travelled, whether it be in this country or obroad ever stayed anywhere as discusting as this hotel. I appreciate that this hotel is a lower budget hotel (£100 - 130 per night for twin single rooms) but if the price reflected the standard provided the price would range from £25 - £40 per night for a twin room. It felt and looked more like a half way house, the decor was dirty, the carpets where discuting, (i.e. very dirty), the rooms smelt musty, the walls, hotel doors, bathroom tiles, curtain etc etc, were dirty, old and worn. As I say, I have stayed in high end hotels, cheaper hotels, B&Bs etc and have on a whole been very happy, I have never experienced anything as awful as I did here - this accomadation should be closed down until thoroughly cleaned, fumigated and re decorated. I do feel sorry for the reception staff, it must be very difficult for them to have to deal with many many disappointed customers!

Friendly staff (at the reception) and good location near Earls Court. Very small room. The paint on the walls and the carpete on the floor are too old and degraded. The ceramic tiles in the bathroom floor are broken and loose. Wi-Fi is not free and is expensive. The instructions for the safe are not for that safe... So you can´t use it. Besides it was not attached on wall or floor. This hotel needs maintenance urgently. Too expensive for what you get...

Location and access to transit - both for city travel and to Heathrow Maintenance - door knob fell off & three lights didn't work; one room access card didn't work - took two changes before we got one that worked; lift was out of service one day Internal access - there are many levels led to difficulty finding room Breakfast was simple continental Areas were under construction / renovation; paint odor

The location was superb. Various items in the room were broken (air conditioner, soap dispenser in the shower, tv remote, safe was already code locked so I could not use it). The staff could/would not correct or fix these things. Room 211.
