It is very close to tube station. Quiet surroundings. Supermarket close by as well as restaurants. Breakfast was ok with unlimited bakery. Staff was friendly. The hotel looks a bit shabby. The room decor is outdated. The beds were worn out . For the price we paid, we expected a far more decent accommodation in London.

It is a good hotel. When you are on a city trip you only use the hotel for a good night sleep and a breakfast. And this hotel gave us both.

It was a friendly, clean, non clinical hotel within a reasonable budget. It's location was quiet yet plenty of amenities with a tube only 5 minutes away. I would definitely use this hotel again if I needed the same area.

It was close to all public transport including the underground. There was quite a bit of construction around the hotel but they did warn well in advance. All it was a great hotel to stay at.

I thought the staff were very friendly and to be fair, the room was clean. The location couldnt be much better either. Currently, there are upgrades being done to the hotel so it was a bit messy around the hallways. The breakfast room is small and a little bit congested once there is more than 10 people sitting in there. i had problems with the shower regarding it not staying hot very long and speaking to someone else who was stopping at the hotel, it sounds as if i was lucky to just have problems with the shower.... i think once the hotel has finished being upgraded, it would be a pleasant stay, but i wouldnt go back until they have finished the work...

The location of the hotel is good - very easy access to Heathrow via the tube station, which is just around the corner, a short walk away from the hotel.

We were lucky enough to be put in one of the newly refurbished rooms. It was clean and pleasant to be in. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Although the beds were extremely comfortable the plastic sheet was noisy and obvious. I understand the need for protecting the mattress but you can get rubber based waterproof covers that are less obvious. It might be worth investigating.

That it was very close to the Earls Court Underground station. Situated on a quiet residential street. Close to small ethnic restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Comfortable beds. Quiet room. The carpeting in the room and that the bathroom did not have a window or a ventilation system which made it a bit damp in the room. Small bathroom. The hotel in general needs a makeover!!

Not very much. Location was good Where do I start, plastic on the mattress made it very uncomfortable, tiny tv with only 4 channels that worked, every other hotel we stayed at in london around that price had a much better tv with more channels. Fire alarm battery was going dead so would go off every now and then. Woken each morning by hammering in the hotel, hotel didnt let us know there were works going on. Mould through shower, Shower was hot sometimes, mainly warm or cold or scolding, Sink wasnt attached to the wall. Advertised as a modern hotel, definately wasnt the case. For the price paid extremely dissapointed.. More like a backpackers than a 89 pound a night 3 star hotel

I have never in all the years I have travelled, whether it be in this country or obroad ever stayed anywhere as discusting as this hotel. I appreciate that this hotel is a lower budget hotel (£100 - 130 per night for twin single rooms) but if the price reflected the standard provided the price would range from £25 - £40 per night for a twin room. It felt and looked more like a half way house, the decor was dirty, the carpets where discuting, (i.e. very dirty), the rooms smelt musty, the walls, hotel doors, bathroom tiles, curtain etc etc, were dirty, old and worn. As I say, I have stayed in high end hotels, cheaper hotels, B&Bs etc and have on a whole been very happy, I have never experienced anything as awful as I did here - this accomadation should be closed down until thoroughly cleaned, fumigated and re decorated. I do feel sorry for the reception staff, it must be very difficult for them to have to deal with many many disappointed customers!

The location was superb. Various items in the room were broken (air conditioner, soap dispenser in the shower, tv remote, safe was already code locked so I could not use it). The staff could/would not correct or fix these things. Room 211.

Location and value for money. Some noise in corridors at 4am and you seem to be in the flightpath.
