The Staff were friendly and helpful, it was close to the tube station which is what we wanted The bathroom taps were mouldy (Pink/Green) the walls/carpet had marks the curtains were hanging off the hooks and the window net looked dirty. The room was in desperate need of modernisation |

Location was good, Quiet at night...Staff Friendly Thought it was a bit expensive for a Budget Hotel...£60 per night (Single En Suite Room) Showerhead not moveable, could do with a few more towels... |

The location is good with easy access to Earls Court underground. Rooms are clean and quiet, bathroom was reasonable size. Room was only just big enough for twin beds. There were minor faults but as we only used it to sleep and have breakfast it suited our purposes. Like all London hotels, grossly over priced for what you get and room was showing need of minor maintenance - one bed base broken, toilet not fixed to floor properly, sink didn't drain properly. |

excellent location, very close to the station, good value for money - especially if you're just looking for a place to sleep it's a bit warm in the room, the shower is rather noisy and sometimes you can hear what happens in the other rooms |

Location of the hotel is ideal for anyone visiting London. We booked for seven adults. Two twins and a triple. At no point were we told that the triple would include a double bed. It should have been three singles. The staff whilst very polite, did I feel, lack a little common sense. |

The breakfast was good No trolleys for bags, security was poor, (window did not lock), staff had limited information. very minimal assistance by staff as there was only one staff on duty at all times. |

Room was very hot and unconfortable and they could not fix it. Air con remote required a deposit, and even then did not work. Extremely small room, with horrible bathroom with a door that was a challenge to close. Bed was old and wobbly, and a TV perched 2 metres high almost unviewable with hurting your neck. Struggled to make room for my suitcase. |

Convenient location; very close to U/G Station and therefore felt safe returning late at night. Good supply of coffee/tea/milk in the room. Friendly. No drawers or shelves at all for clothes/smaller items...only hanging space. |
