Ideally located near London’s West End, this Townhouse hotel is close to Earl's Court and a 2 minute walk from the Tube (subway).

Location near tube. Cosy room although too small.
Can t access to T mobile network from room at ground floor. Wifi signal r fair or poor...
Good staff and room.
Good location to station. Staff were accommodating ,friendly and helpful with advice to nearest train stations for places to visit. Comfortable bed. Tea coffee facilities. The luggage room saved some hassle on the second day.
Breakfast was satisfying but a bit of a disorderly scramble with every man for himself. Not enough toilet paper in the room. 3 rolls for 3 people would have been a bit better as they were quite small and we had used the 2 rolls up fully by checkout.
The location was very good and the hotel itself was clean and quite nice.
There was a constant clicking sound in the bathroom that was loud enough to keep me up at night. Additionally, there was running water constantly pouring outside the window of my room. The television did not work properly and only displayed 2 channels. The other channels did not have signal or the signal was incomplete causing the programme to be choppy. Lastly, the wifi signal was extremely poor and hardly produced a usable connection.
I was upgraded to triple room. The hotel was clean and close to the tube station.
My neighbours were loud - luckily I travelled with ear plugs but would not have been able to sleep without them!
Helpful and friendly staff; location convenient to public transportation.
Slow WiFi nearly unusable; elevator/lift does not cover all floors.
I had been upgraded to a larger room on the 3rd floor and it was so quiet. I had an amazing nights sleep.
Convenient Location, good value for money. Clean, comfortable and fairly quite. Would recommend for a business traveller.
Safe in room was not working, but to be fair to the staff I was only there for one night so didn't ask them to get it fixed.
The location and the room is very clean.
Great value for money and close to the best station for proximity and access to Heathrow for travellers with luggage. Then close to London's attractions, food etc. in nice area.
Just needed a few well placed hooks to make up for small rooms. Otherwise very well appointed rooms and quiet.
Second time at this hotel, excellent location and value for money, rooms are small but very clean and comfortable, short walk to Earls Court tube station, close to shops and supermarkets, very friendly staff. The free breakfast is simple but more than adequate
Nothing - good value for money
Good location. Shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Good beds, clean lining. Tube only 250-m away. I can honestly recommend to anyone, who is looking for a decent ***-hotel.
Rooms were really tiny, but if you can deal with it, go on and book this one.
It was a big room and nice bathroom.
There were no windows to give sunlight in to theroom,
Location was excellent!
I ate breakfast elsewhere because it was very low quality.
Clean and near Underground
The location of this hotel is excellent. It was a safe neighborhood, close to a tube station, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The bathroom in our room was modern and comfortable.
Our particular room required us to go up an elevator, then down a flight of narrow stairs (with three suitcases!). There was no air circulation in our room and the air conditioner barely blew any air. The room was very small, which was to be expected, but it was also kind if beat up (scuffs on walls, raggedy edges on bed). That wouldn't be a big deal, but it just added to the blah-level of the hotel. Breakfast was included, but we shouldn't have bothered: toast and cold cereal. Staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. We were some disoriented Americans who needed some help with directions on things. The staff directed us to the internet.
hotel is old.beds are old. shower was at low height and you can't even wash your head since it can reach your chest only! in summary it doesn't worth the money you can find better hotel for the same price
- very close to the underground and bus station - friendly and helpfull staf - near by restaurants, pubs and shops
- very poor breakfast, only went for breakfast twice because it was so poorly - small rooms, not much space to hang up clothing and to place your luggage - small beds
location was good, side street from earls court underground station. bathroom was modern.
We were given the 'basement' room which smelt like damp, wasn't as clean as expected and completely isolated from the rest of the hotel. Corridors also smelt and were old and tired looking. Generally did not feel clean sleeping and living in the room.
Close to Earl's Court subway
WIFI was useless Felt like sleeping in a broom closet Staff was not able to relocate Was looking at a wall out of the window Safe was underneath desk, very hard to get to Why is there in such a tiny room a very big desk chair Could not find place for my suitcase Bathroom was no place for my stuff
the room was much bigger than others I have stayed in in London. the staff were very good, the breakfast was plentiful and there was an option to have cooked as well as continental
Location, friendly staff, ok beds
Small rooms, slow Wi-Fi and poor breakfast
Fantastic location. Helpful staff. Clean bathroom.
The hotel was extremly noisy all night and we got very little sleep. We could hear full conversations that other people were having down the corridor.
clean, quiet and easy
aircon did not work that well
The hotel must have been recently renovated. Very nice interior, very clean, quiet location, staff very professional, just around the corner of underground station.
