The location of the hotel was excellent; close enough to a tube station to be accessible to everything. There was enough in the local area in terms of places to eat, although we weren't at the hotel often enough to use anywhere in the area. The wifi in the room had a great connection. The staff were friendly and a great help, particularly when it came to storing our luggage on our last day. The selection for breakfast was nice considering it was included in the price.
The room wasn't particularly large, meaning it lacked enough storage space even for the two of us only staying 3 nights. The bathroom was also relatively small. The size in general impacted my partner more as he is quite tall. However, what can you expect for the price paid in a good location in London.
Clean compact and quiet room . Luggage storage room
breakfast room staff impersonal, no interaction with customers
Liked it's location, fairly central and provided breakfast inclusive of the stay.
Not such a warm reception on arrival.
Good location in terms of where I needed to be for work. Comfortable and well-equipped room.
There was a strong smell, I think caused by the work being done on the outside of the building that was pretty over-powering and kept me awake. The configuration of the hotel as two buildings knocked together means that it is something of a labyrinth and needs lots more directional signage. Breakfast was functional at best.
location, fire place, lamd lord was very chilled out and clear
The gentleman on the front desk was excellent. The hotel was well located for tube and restaurants . Would recommend this hotel.
We stayed on the top floor and the rooms were a little cold and a slight draft coming through the windows. There was a plug in heater available in the room.
Good location, good value, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff.
Air con was a little noisy.
It was very cold in the breakfast room and it s not funny when your are freezing when you have you breakfast
As title says.
Nice area, renovated bathroom, very comfortable bed
Breakfast is very simple and breakfast room is small
Located a few min walk from Earl's Court Station. Many good restaurants and bars around. The stuffs are really polite and friendly.
A double bed was a bit too small for two people to share. The continental breakfast was quite boring. Big noise from ventilizer or compressor unit outside the room.
Position, for sure.
Very noisy room, with the pipe lines running in the walls. the bathroom light was very dark, impossible to shave.
good location, just minutes from earls court tube station!
Room was far too small for 2 adults and 2 children. We were moved on our 2nd night and the room was much better. Breakfast wasn't good at all. Not much choice and it all looked quite grubby
Tea/coffee making facilities Breakfast Shower location
Room was a little small
Clean and modern, though very small bathroom.
Very small single room, no space to turn around. White stains on the floor and the chair leave impression of dirt. Breakfast room was very cold, no heating at all, and with no staff to support, take plates away...
Cold and miserable stay. Bathroom leaking ceiling had to move room at 11pm offered no help with this. Moved to second room freezing with open window with lead to workmen's elec power (scaffolding outside). Complained reception, again no help.Had to move to third room by then 11.30 pm. No central heating in any rooms.for freezing January stay. I am not the complaining type but sorry this was very bad considering cost.
Poor internet, mediocre breakfast (no protein), a maze to get to and from rooms - possibly a fire hazard.
Less than 100 yards from the underground.
All of the hiters are broken so if you have to go during the winter is a problem. All of the single rooms are too small.
The room was very clean and recently renovated so in good condition although very tiny. The location is excellent near the undreground.
The room was in the basement with a window to a 2 x2 metre lichtschacht with no natural light. A request for another room was denied and the staff were not helpful.there was no heating in the bathroom and being in the basement it was ice cold. We arrived at 11 am and were told that a room was available but to book in early I would be charged 10 pounds.
Location wise it's only a 2 minute walk out of earls court tube Stn. Room was perfectly adequate modern and clean tea n coffee facilities and even a safe. no issues with the WiFi and for the price I paid it was fantastic value
Nothing. Couldn't fault the place
Location, cleanliness, excellent reception staff.
Normal price for being London
The breakfast was terribly poor, it was an old building with narrow corridors and even smaller beds. No views at all and quite far from any touristic place. It didn't look like a hotel on its appereance
location, cleaniness, breakfast
the room was extremely, extremely small a bit calustrofobic
Location was perfect for a short stay for Football & Shopping
Parking was a nightmare, staff at hotel have a lack of knowledge of the local area. Directed to parking 15mins walk away only to find out afterwards that parking overnight very close to hotel was free at weekends
