Room are too tiny and the redemption not good enough
it didn't have a foyer
Location High quality breakfast Accommodation Helpful, pleasant staff Overall ambience
Stairs on different levels of the same floor were a little challenging for disabled.
Easy in and out process
The Stair Carpets are in desperate need of replacement and you are either in the middle of redecorating, or some of your decorating has not been finished. Idea of parking 1 minutes drive and 5 minutes walk away was not good, but parked in side road and left before 8.30 so no parking costs
Location was good for trains and town. Breakfast was basic but plenty of it.
The tv in One of our rooms didn't work and despite asking two different staff nothing was done. The toilet door also didn't lock
Except one staff those on the reception are very poor they need likely more training in how they treat their customers I never hear from any one of them can I help you ? the magic words in communication.
Clean room comfortable bed,
Breakfast wasn't good,
Geographic Location was acceptable
Carpet in my was torn and management used furniture to cover up. As a consequence the room was cluttered. The matress was too old and uncomfortable Carpets in Stairwell were also torn, rendering the use of stairs dangerous. I stayed at a cheaper hotel that was far better maintained so I will revert to using that hotel.
very basic. Threadbare carpets on stairs. Dining room basic. No bar/dining/meeting area.
The staff were excellent
To hot in rooms air conditioning poor
Very clean, helpful staff. Good Value for Money.
Staff were first class
Being charged for wifi
I should have checked out the location before I booked the Comfort Inn, also I think they should pay attention to the bad musty smell in the rooms
The smell of the rooms and the location
Room was clean. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. TV, air con and hair dryer all good working order. Bathroom clean. Towels provided.
Not a brilliant breakfast when gluten and wheat intolerant. There was lots of different croissants, bread for toasting. Jam butter, 2 kinds of fruit and cereals and a big dish of boiled eggs. Not much of a continental breakfast to be honest... The bed mattress was on a slight slope so I felt I was going to fall out of bed at times.
Located in a very nice area with many good restaurants, interesting shops and a living neighbourhood.
Noisy when guests in other rooms took a shower. Despite many attempts of reporgramming the two keys: Only one was working.
Water was dripping from 2nd floor to my room (101) at 1st floor , simple brekfast , you can hear the steps for pepole who are in upstairs
we found it excellent for our needs, good location near city centre, rooms were adequate, breakfast was continental but suited us lots of restaurants locally
cold boiled eggs at breakfast, no wardrobes just a suitcase stand,
Took a while for someone to come to reception to book us in and didn't sleep cos there was a waste pipe running down next to the bed and it was in constant use.
The breakfast was simple but good!
The rude man on reception both mornings! The fact that our room had a leak and we had to move in the middle of the night but not one single person apologised, it was like they did us a favour! The soft mattresses dip in the middle! If you book through Booking .com. You have to pay £8 for wi fi so take this into account when comparing prices!!
Thin walls people in next room Very loud allowing there brat to thump and band about till 4 am
Room 307: everything was ok :-) One suggestion: for breakfast, try to put a tray with sliced ham and cheese (some more variety for a salted breakfast). Well connected (bus, tube etc), many shops, quiet zone, they have the lift :-)
I would prefer Internet wifi connection for free (24hrs = £8.00)
Good access for Lords
Needs a little refurbishing
Location to tube station good. Breakfast average.
Overpriced at £149 for a double room. The last time the bedroom was modernised JFK was alive . Workman at 7.30 in adjaceent boiler room.
reakfast was very good, and there's an elevator and air conditioning
Tiny rooms, no wardrobe, no bathroom space to put your things, just a sink. somewhat noisy road. Not a good hotel in general but ok if you're on a budget. Many Arab restaurants nearby and we even saw a pro Muslim protest in the street..
