Based on some of the reviews, I wasn't expecting a lot, but was very pleasantly surprised. The room was on the 2nd floor (there is a lift), and was spacious (by London standards). There was a/c, kettle, flat screen telly and good double glazing. The bathroom was very clean and looked new - shower was very good (though the tray was a bit slippery). When I first arrived, the air conditioning unit didn't seem very happy - the fan was "going in and out". I called reception and the man came promptly. He adjusted it up to 20 when it seemed to stabilise, and then happily went back to 18. |

The room was very clean and had very good facilities eg air conditioning, flat screen tv. Its decor was modern. The continental self serve breakfast was great too. I think it was superb value for money. The hotel doesnt have parking but there is parking a short walk away. Pay for the parking seperately as it doesnt belong to the hotel. there was a cock up with the parking. I paid on line for it but as it doesnt belong to the hotel the carpark insisted on being paid again. The hotel refunded my card but I could have done without it. You should remove the option from the on line service as there is an issue between the two businesses |

Nice hotel for decent price. Clean room with decent bed, everything looked quite new. Breakfast offers enough choice but no meat. Staff is friendly. There is a bus stop right in front of hotel and underground is a 5 minute walk. Tip: right next to the hotel is a Birmese restaurant (Mandalay) which may not look as much from the outside but offers very good food at a reasonable price, try it! Price of using hotel internet is very steep. |

Helpful staff. Hotel provided the standards expected. It is not easy to find because the entrance does not look like a hotel. Very detailed instructions and a description of the hotel front need to be provided. |

Room was clean and a ggod state of repair. I booked a twin bedded room but received one with a double bed and an undersized put-up bed on a sofa. I raised this with the staff but was told that this is what they term a twin bedded room. Anywhere else tihis would be a family room, as the single bed is really only suitable for a child. |

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is close to popular shopping areas. The rooms are too small. You can hardly move inside the room.It is like a bed surronded by walls!! |
