The continental breakfast is pretty good compared to many other budget hotels I've stayed before. I felt unsafe walking back to hotel later than 9pm as the neighbourhood made me feel unsafe. Although I've previously stayed at the Metropole Hilton which is also at Edgware road but I did not venture up or down Edgware road and didn't know much about the surrounding neighbourhood. As the Hilton is directly opposite the Edgware underground. Certainly not for the faint hearted and the young especially the few women and my son who was travelling with me. And some nights they were freaked out when they have to return late but fortunately it's along the main road and dropping off right in front of the hotel by taxis made them felt better. And the room is definitely overpriced for a small hotel in Edgware Road.

The area does not look too nice, but the hotel itself is very well kept and clean, also people at the reception desk are friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the size of the room I got (103), thinking of the tiny rooms I had seen in other London hotels before. Very good value for money.

For London it is a reasonably priced hotel. Rooms are very basic but clean and relatively modern. 5Min walking to the Underground, 10-15 to Paddington station. A bit noisy but ok. An English breakfast would be appreciated.

Overall I would say our experience was a good one. However, it was very very noisy at night. You can hear the rooms next to you leaving and arriving at all hours of the night. Also in the room we stayed in, you can hear the street noise and traffic all night. There were also sounds coming from the walls on a regular basis that sounded like crackling.

Location for the work I was doing, value for money in comparison to other hotels in the area. Good rooms and I would come back. Reception staff very poor, and I guess it lacks facilities, but it suited my purpose and I would come back

The room is clean the service is good the location is close to zone 1 and 2 which is enough for tourism and shopping. I didn't like the fact that you can hear your neighbors next to you and over you. It was kind of noisy whenever they move in their rooms.

The location was very convenient and it was easy to catch a bus to Oxford St and other central locations. The room was spacious( although we had a triple) with good quality bathroom fittings and shower . Bed very comfortable. We were very pleasantly surprised with the selfservice breakfast - a good choice available. We would certainly stay there again

It was our second stay this year. The Hotel is well situated for the shops and locations that we wish to visit. The hotel is simple, comfortable, relatively quiet for the area and meets our needs exactly. Breakfast is simple, adequate and just what we like.

Hotel is small, but clean and tidy. The staff weren't overly friendly, but they weren't rude either. It's a short walk down Edgware Rd to the tube, 15 mins to all the big sights in London. Edgware Rd is a main thoroughfare, so there was a bit of noise from abulances and traffic but it wasn't too bad at night. The shower was hot and pressure good. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to be able to make a cup of tea before bed. The breakfast was ok, but I was glad we didn't pay extra for it because it wasn't the best. However it was good to have the convenience to eat breakfast in the hotel without having to go out and find some. Staff were a bit distant, didn't make us feel hugely welcome! There also wasn't any wifi available or a computer to use in the hotel. (We saw one in the breakfast room but it didn't work...)

I do not like any thing in this hotel and the staff made me frustrated The staff do not even smile. They have to learn how to deal with the customers. I need to complaint but when I tried to speak to one of them, he/she became worst than others. They do not offer me a baby's cot and I asked them 3 times. Finally it is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.
