Assez confortable, chambre très correcte (j'avais un peu peur), sans grand charme mais tout à fait propre et relativement calme (nous n'étions pas sur la rue). Bref, pour Londres, très commode. Quartier populaire et animé, pas très beau mais pas de sentiment d'insécurité. Et très bon resto birman tout à côté! Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas très sympa (enfin, ça tourne et quelques uns sont vraiment "limite" et, lorsqu'on arrive, la devanture de l'hôtel est un peu inquiétante! On dirait une agence de voyage ou je ne sais quel night shop, pas un hôtel! |

La proximité d'une station de métro qui amène à tous les grands points de Londres. Les bus devant l'hotel qui déservent les grands points également.Le petit déjeuner était continental ( pas un petit déjeuner anglais) mais de bonne qualité tout de même. La situation de l'hotel dans le quartier laisse un peu à désirer ... Disons que nous n'étions pas très à l'aise de rentrer à l'hotel à pied en pleine nuit ... |

L'hôtel est très bien situé, un arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel permet de se rendre directement vers les principaux endroits touristiques de Londres. Notre chambre était très agréables, il y a même à l'intérieur un petit plateau avec du thé, du chocolas, de l'eau et une bouilloir. La salle de bain était tout à fait correct avec gel douche, shampoing et 2 serviettes de toilette par personnes. L'eau chaudes met quelques minutes avant d'arriver au 4e étages!!! Il nous a fallut attendre un peu avant de pouvoir prendre une douche. |

the behavior of a reception employee was quite unacceptable. the room was ok without being something special. the hotel is situated close to a tube station and bus station that is only 5 minutes far away from oxford circus. prefer take the bus |

The neighborhood was interesting. Also, it was easy to move to the center of the city with buses. Finally, the hotel was very clean. The room was very small. The breakfast was poor. The hotel was not beatiful. It was like the inside of a ship. |

Didn't stay in the Confort Inn - called at 2300 the night before arrival to say I'd been moved to central hotel 2 miles away! Central hotel was also 3*. Very small room and a bit tired but OK for one night. Being in the basement the room was very dark. Also tiled floor in basement was noisy when other guests passed by, |

That it was near to inner London. The staff were not helpful I booked parking but the car park had not been informed and so had to wait for a space. I felt that anything we asked was a trouble. The breakfast was also not as expected. We were put on the same floor but a long way apart through the dining room. |

Nice large room, very accessible location, reasonable price. The road is noisy, but the windows are good enough. Breakfast was OK, but could have offered more choice. More, faster, toasters would have been useful. |

Clean room but it is small. The toilet accessories provided by the hotel is very good for example they give toothbrudh, toohpaste, razor... Etc. However, WiFi is not free! The bed is a bit soft for me. |

Breakfast was suitable and some reception staff were informative and helpful. Very small room, wouldn't want more than one person in a room. Area is a good location but hotel is located at a dodgy end of Edgware Rd. |
