Very clean, helpful staff. Good Value for Money.
Room was clean. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. TV, air con and hair dryer all good working order. Bathroom clean. Towels provided.
Not a brilliant breakfast when gluten and wheat intolerant. There was lots of different croissants, bread for toasting. Jam butter, 2 kinds of fruit and cereals and a big dish of boiled eggs. Not much of a continental breakfast to be honest... The bed mattress was on a slight slope so I felt I was going to fall out of bed at times.
Water was dripping from 2nd floor to my room (101) at 1st floor , simple brekfast , you can hear the steps for pepole who are in upstairs
we found it excellent for our needs, good location near city centre, rooms were adequate, breakfast was continental but suited us lots of restaurants locally
cold boiled eggs at breakfast, no wardrobes just a suitcase stand,
Thin walls people in next room Very loud allowing there brat to thump and band about till 4 am
Room 307: everything was ok :-) One suggestion: for breakfast, try to put a tray with sliced ham and cheese (some more variety for a salted breakfast). Well connected (bus, tube etc), many shops, quiet zone, they have the lift :-)
I would prefer Internet wifi connection for free (24hrs = £8.00)
Good access for Lords
Needs a little refurbishing
Location to tube station good. Breakfast average.
Overpriced at £149 for a double room. The last time the bedroom was modernised JFK was alive . Workman at 7.30 in adjaceent boiler room.
reakfast was very good, and there's an elevator and air conditioning
Tiny rooms, no wardrobe, no bathroom space to put your things, just a sink. somewhat noisy road. Not a good hotel in general but ok if you're on a budget. Many Arab restaurants nearby and we even saw a pro Muslim protest in the street..
Location is perfect especially if u stay for one day as I did, very close to oxford street. The room is clean and very quite ...value for money
Convenient location to the Tube Station. Kitchen staff were pleasant. Some Reception staff were pleasant.
Reception, the Room, Stairway filthy. Over rated. Over priced.
Location to walk to places like Marble Arch and Oxford St excellent. Good variety of breakfast choices and ease to the food and making hot drinks.
Room too small to fit luggage and free space to walk round the bed. Safe to lock away valuables didn't work, and shower was too small as shower head had to be turned to one side so water wouldn't land on the floor of the bathroom.
not having a fridge in the room
The room had big space and was stylish. I also enjoyed the fact the air conditioner was present as it was really hot the day I went there. Their breakfast was lovely too. Everything you could possibly desire was present for you disposal.
11 o clock check out time was too early for me and my other half. Make it 12pm.
Bed OK,air con works,shower OK
Breakfast,no mini bar/fridge in room
Sadly, I cannot say there was anything to like.
a.) Room too small for three people for one night. the single bed was a fold up type camp bed, very poor. stg£170 for one night for this room. b.)Stairway carpeting disgusting. c.)Access from main road shabby. d.) Person on Reception on first night and next morning not very welcoming at all. e.) Don't intend ever using any Comfort Inn again based on this experience. f.) Overall value for money a disgrace.
The hotel itself is basic but good value for money. Breakfast was excellent, nice rolls, fruit, coffee and cake and you could eat what you wanted. Room was clean.
The dining room is like a canteen and the furnishings are looking a little tired.
exceptionally clean good breakfast 24 hr reception
The outside looks bad like you wouldn't stay their Noise of traffic
I was notified the day I was flying out that I was being relocated to the Victoria location due to electrical issues. The Victoria location was great, but the room was small and definitely not air conditioned as promised.
Nothing breakfast not too bad
Rooms, locality thread bear carpet on staircase, very very small rooms to far out of london very dear for the accomodation
- Location - Breakfast - Water mixer in the bath. - TV - Air Conditioning - Room space - Coffee and Tea
- It is on the poor side of edgware road. Restaurants and cafe next to it are very bad.
