Short walk from tube station.
Bad smell in reception area. Really badly maintained interior- carpets were so threadbare, decor was awful.
The hotel was walking distance to some excellent restaurants. comfortable and inviting. Level of cleanliness was very high and the staff were absolutely lovely. Quite close to the tube. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
I have no complaints what so ever.
Location, breakfast good.
reception staff unfriendly, The smell of weed throughout the corridors !
Good value for money, comfy bed. Good bus connections
Neighbour hood not the best, bit far from underground. Noisy with hospital nearby
There was a little problem with our reservation when we arrived (my credit card was not accepted, and noone answered my emails or canceled it! and when we arrived they told us that they did not make the reservation), but everything turned up ok. Staff was great and they offered us another room, which was very nice of them. Breakfest was great, location great (buses right in front of the hotel, tube only short walk away), hotel was clean and quiet. Everyday we got new towels and coffee/tee in our room. There are also tv and air conditioning in every room which is a big plus. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a very pleasent stay!
There is no free wifi, which would be great.
Hotel didn't feel safe/secure, bed was very uncomfortable, really smelt of smoke. Didn't feel entirely clean in the room.
I liked the location of the hotel and it was very good value for money.
Other residents very noisey therefore the walls of hotel too thin. Not good for a relaxing quiet night esp for those on business.
The location is great as the hotel is in the centre. Staff was friendly and helpful.
cleanness comfort staff breakfast buffet
Don't be put off by the outside or communal interior areas - the room was fine and comfy.
Slight problem with smokers in the room before me, with the smoke alarm being disabled by a carrier bag that was not picked up by cleaners but was rectified upon complaint.
Locatoin and tacky reception
The hotel is small, cosy and well kept. The staff are helpful, if you ask for assistance. On our last day we asked for a taxi to take us back and the receptionist took care of everything for us, just as requested. The rooms are just like the pictures on their website. The maids leave the room spotless and replenish supplies as required on a daily basis. Breakfast featured a nice variety of items and everything was always very fresh.
The area where the hotel is located was a bit of a surprise, seeing it was quite close to marble arch we expected something different. It was a bit intimidating at first but it was safe overall and we did find everything we needed. We did not like the fact that people could walk in and out of the hotel without being greeted or asked anything, we were never greeted upon walking in and most of the time the receptionist doesn't even look up to see who walked in.
T he breakfast was good.
The rooms were a bit old and the bed was uncomfortable. We did not like the surroundings.

The view from the window was poor
Really nice and really comfortable friendly staff clean room and decent breakfast would really reccomend
Close to paddington station. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful
Not sure I would have paid the full recommended price
Warm and cozy rooms, value for money.
- paid wifi - smell of mould in the bathroom, black spots
Reasonable priced , clean and tidy
too far out when walking,
We have stayed a few times now for a work stopover and we are finding it hard to beat for the price. Inclusive continental breakfast adds to the value. Zone 1 London makes travel economical too. Staff are very helpful and let my partner book in ahead of me, some hotels won't do this if you're not the cardholder. Rooms are a bit 'worn' but always clean.
Decorating work in the corridoors was started over a month ago, but still masking tape all round the skirting. The entrance can be off-putting, looks a bit 'hostel'. I turned my nose up first time we stayed, but more expensive hotels have not been as good for room temperature, noise, or inclusive breakfast.
location, just 10mins walk from the tube station
no free wifi
Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. Breakfast very good with great choice. Good location, not far from London tube and rooms down the side were quiet at night.
Room was far too hot and Air Con did not work, had to open window to cool down. Bathroom light bulb broken. Reception greeting was not very welcoming.
The room was uncomfortably hot and although I was alone, I was with others staying in different rooms and they were all the same on different floors. Your heating bills must be ridiculous! Website gives impression of full breakfast which is not available. Boiled eggs were at least triple boiled!
The hotel is in a very good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Close to the city & good breakfast.
Rooms requires upgrade
Clean, easy access to the tube.
Location is close to the center, but not the best/clean. Had to pay for internet.
