comfortable stay, but if you supply paper and envelopes (as you do) then the reception staff should sell stamps! Bathroom in room 137 had poor lighting and the handle on the lavatory needs replacing. |

Proximity to Heathrow plus budget prices. Hotel was very quiet considering how close it was to the airport. Staff at reception seemed overwhelmed at times during busy periods. Breakfast was less than adequate quality at ten pound price. |

I found the staff very friendly and organised I booked a taxi through the reception desk for early morning and it was there 5 mins early |

The bed was very comfortable and everywhere was very clean in the room. It was quiet and peaceful on the night I stayed there.The staff on the reception desk were helpful and polite. |

Room was extremely comfortable. The food in the restaurant was adequate but a bit expensive for what it was. Very ordinary. Overall, the hotel was good. The food was only adequate. Tasted as if it all came from the freezer and was reheated. |

The central heating radiator in our room did not work, so the staff gave us a portable heater. Also, the close proximity to Heathrow Airport and the convenience of boarding a bus directly outside the front door was very good The pillows were hard! |

I liked the closeness to the airport. I also liked the atmosphere of the hotel, coming into the restuarant and bar. It didn't have that impersonal feeling that some of the larger hotels have. As a solo traveller this is important to me, so I will stay in your hotel again. |
