The young service team made my mum and i wait so long to be sitted despite seeing that my mum was an 81 year old lady. the young men who took our order was very rude!!! The young girl who brought our drinks was not much better, she just rudely through the drinks at us. I did complain and i hope this will not happen to anyone again!!!!!!!!!!!! |

comfortable stay, but if you supply paper and envelopes (as you do) then the reception staff should sell stamps! Bathroom in room 137 had poor lighting and the handle on the lavatory needs replacing. |

Proximity to Heathrow plus budget prices. Hotel was very quiet considering how close it was to the airport. Staff at reception seemed overwhelmed at times during busy periods. Breakfast was less than adequate quality at ten pound price. |
