Comfort Hotel Heathrow    

My room was comfortable and the perfect size for my one night stay. The breakfast buffet was also substantial and had a lot of different hot and cold food options.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing!

The lift wasn't working, but the staff were helpful.

I booked a single room but luckily was given a double one with a huge double bed! The buffet breakfast was not bad, had lots of different foods. The Heathrow hoppa bus service was more or less on time and quite handy. (Felt the hotel itself was a bit far from t5 though)

The elevator was out of order when I checked in so I had to walk all the way up to my room on the 2nd floor. (A member of the staff carried my huge suitcase up there for me though)

The room facilities are very poor. No room fridge. A moldy shower curtain. Very noisey room on the motorway side. A wash basin that took ages to drain. And a very hot room with no airconditioning.

The only request I had was a bedroom with an en suite bath. Yes, I had a bath, but the plug didn't fit, so I was unable to do as I had wanted. Not impressed at all. The bath had such a slope, that for me to have a shower I had to stand on the slope to get under the shower!!!.

Clean, cheap.

Shuttle costs money 8 pounds round trip.

convenience for Heathrow airport. reasonably priced good food on site meant we didnt have to go out in the evening. dark blackout curtains in room and good sound proofing made it good for sleeping.

Nothing really. It was a good deal for the money we paid.

1. Food potions have decreased now . £ eggs omlet seems like 2 egg. 2. Towels are not enough in the room. Only 2 big and one small towel provided .

There was no hairdryer in my room.

I requested and got a quiet room. Front desk check - in smooth, personnel friendly.

The " Business centre" was located in the sitting area- v. noisy and no privacy. The back of my chair and the chairs occupied by others having a drink, were 6 inches , approx. from each other.People could see what I was reading online if they were so inclined! The printer wasn't working so had to enlist the help of the manager to e mail my boarding pass to her office so that I could get a copy. The message system on the room telephone was not functioning properly. [Although my stay was just so that I could get my early morning flight out of Heathrow the following day, I still needed to use the Business facilty.]

Relatively inexpensive compared to other hotels on our trip

The staff were not friendly and some did not speak English well enough to be working the front desk. The restaurant was overpriced. Most of all I did not like the way this hotel nickel and dimes you to death. There is no courtesy shuttle provided by the hotel and wifi access should be free!

Staff trying to overcharge twice. Bed really uncomfortable, room badly needed maintenance. Toilet didn't flush easily, shower and wash basin taps difficult to turn off, only space for one towel and TV old with poor reception

In this day and age it is unusual to pay for internet usage in a hotel. Room décor very dated

The staff were very slow, the hotel was dated as were the rooms, the gym facility had no staff working in there and the equipment was old and noisy.

The staff! My phone was out of order, and they replaced it immediately. I booked a second night after my plans changed, and they let me keep the same room. The front desk helped right away when I had a problem with the vending machine. Everyone I dealt with was highly professional and very nice. Great service!

It was hard to turn off the television with the remote. The volume wouldn't change. The superior rooms are far better than the standard - better shower (water got good and hot), better television and bed. Plus it was much cooler than the standard room. (I had previously stayed in a superior room and could definitely tell a bug difference.)

Printer not working

We had ordered a room with a roll in shower as my wife has a sisability and cannot use a normal shower. There was a problem with lift and the manager took time out to show us aged ate room on the ground floor that was suitable. The breakfast was also very good

We didn't have any reason to dislike anything

Place could do with a bit of refurbishment and updating ie new floor covering and repainted. Need to have available face flannels,toothbrush and bathmat

Courteous staff. Bed comfortable. Room clean.

-Toilet did not flush consistently. When it did not work after they came up once, they did not come back a second time despite being called. -Hot water in bath/shower had extremely hot temperature. Easy to get scalled, especially for a child with inattentive parent. Liability issue. -Elevator did not work. -Sofas in lobby dirty and worn. When sat down can feel the frame.They need replacement and lobby over all needs updating.
