Comfort Hotel Heathrow  

Rooms well presented for price. Upgrade packages were reasonable even though didn't use them.

Fuses in the room were playing up with some lights constantly flickering and going out. Managed on the lights that were ok.

It was very pleasurable the staff were excellent and the desk was manned 24 hours, somebody was always available if you had a problem or concern. All in all very good stay.

Close to airport, convenient shuttle bus. Very clean, the restaurant very good, nice bar, friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was very small. Lighting in the bathroom too dim, I like bright lighting in a bathroom. The bathtub is too high off the floor, it must be difficult for the elderly, or people with leg or back problems or short people to step into the tub, but I find this seems to be the way bathtubs are whereever we visited in England.

Close proximity to Heathrow Bar food was good for a late night snack when we arrived Check-in staff were friendly One of the cheaper airport hotel options

There was mould on the shower mats There was no hot water in the morning The shuttle bus wasn't running on schedule so we had to wait ages at the airport before being picked up (no fault of the hotel)

Booked this hotel as I needed a smoking room.

Very comfortable rooms; comfortable beds; nice big towels; good air-con in rooms; small and friendly; good breakfast, no fuss. Comfortable bar and bar meal service. Ground floor room.

Shuttle buses do not run to terminal 4, which was a bit inconvenient.

Children liked fact it had tv. Location. Chhildren given welcome packs on arrival. Integral door linking both rooms good idea.

To eat in hotel was too expensive, car park expensive & exit bar wouldnt work on every occasion despite staff saying it was fixed. Very noisy as close to motorway. We are a family of five & feel we should be able to book one room that accommodates our family rather than having to book two rooms which again makes the whole experience more expensive.

I stayed with a friend at this hotel the night before I picked up my sister from Heathrow Airport. We had an enjoyable meal in the restaurant which the pricing was reasonable, but after the meal we had a couple of drinks at the bar and found them to be expensive so we left the hotel and went to a local pub. The Hotel staff were pleasant and helpfull.It was very local to the airport and only a short walk away from Hayes Town shopping area. In all it was all good and I would stay there again.

The price of the drinks and having to pay for parking my car..

I had a few problems with my room with the ventilation and the phone not working, and the staff were up to the room to help me very quickly, despite the hotel being busy. It is a budget hotel and kind of pay-as-you- go, wifi costs, as does breakfast, however both food and internet services were great.

A bit of a trek from the airport, and no free hotel shuttles anymore at Heathrow although there is a bus that costs 7 quid round trip. Give yourself time to get to and from the airport.
