Proximity to Heathrow plus budget prices. Hotel was very quiet considering how close it was to the airport. Staff at reception seemed overwhelmed at times during busy periods. Breakfast was less than adequate quality at ten pound price. |

Room was extremely comfortable. The food in the restaurant was adequate but a bit expensive for what it was. Very ordinary. Overall, the hotel was good. The food was only adequate. Tasted as if it all came from the freezer and was reheated. |

The central heating radiator in our room did not work, so the staff gave us a portable heater. Also, the close proximity to Heathrow Airport and the convenience of boarding a bus directly outside the front door was very good The pillows were hard! |

I liked the closeness to the airport. I also liked the atmosphere of the hotel, coming into the restuarant and bar. It didn't have that impersonal feeling that some of the larger hotels have. As a solo traveller this is important to me, so I will stay in your hotel again. |

Staff were very efficient. For a budget hotel near airport this was fine. The room was very cold and we couldn't get the heating working. The last hoppa bus was at 10.20 from Terminal 1 and a taxi later cost 14 pounds which made the stay more expensive. |
