cheap accommodation too noisy when events/disco was on. Restaurant too close to noise. No air-con in rooms made them uncomfortable. |

I liked virtually everything about the hotel. Cool & quiet atmosphere, nearness to Heathrow (as I was flying out of Heathrow), very good wi-fi facility, hospitable staff, clean environment, good snacks / food. Nothing. |

hotel restaurant and bar were convenient and good value. shuttle service to heathrow airport was convenient and econonical. noisy wedding on saturday night disturbed restaurant patrons. |

Well exceeded our expectations - would recommend and stay again.VERY Convenient for Heathrow airport. Restaurant dinner, very good. Did not have time for breakfast - early flight but appreciated kettle facilities. |

Good facilities. You pay extra for everything (£6 parking, £7.5wifi) but given the price of the room its reasonable. Very close to Heathrow. |

good room, quiet location, great food, friendly staff, close to Heathrow with shuttle bus (£4 each way) some lights blew in the room the morning we were leaving and the shower didn't drain very quickly so had to turn the water off every few minutes to avoid overflow |

The Hotel was ready for us,no hassle check in. Room was comfortable for our requirements. Restaurant and Bar provided good service,quality,reasonable price. They have smoking rooms. Odour of stale cigarettes noticeable in passageways. Smoking indoors in public places is now a thing of the past. |

We stayed here because it was close to Heathrow and we had a morning flight and did not want to be stuck on the M25 Our bed was very uncomfortable. Had to pay to park in hotel car park. |

Staff were very kind and helpful. They carried my luggage up to my room as I had a little baby with me, and replaced the broken TV right away. cleanliness. It's ok clean, but carpet is not clean enough, also I can see poor repair work in the bath room. Shower faucet was broken although I could be able to use it by twisting with towels. Otherwise, everything was working great. |
