Prix très intéressant pour la distance de l'aéroport. Lit BB demandé a été fourni. Chambre très agréable avec thé et café. Trop chaud dans la chambre et réglage pas possible. On entendait trop les bruits de couloir. La salle de fitness n'est ouverte que de 7h30 à 10h la matin donc peu utile... |

Proximity to Heathrow plus budget prices. Hotel was very quiet considering how close it was to the airport. Staff at reception seemed overwhelmed at times during busy periods. Breakfast was less than adequate quality at ten pound price. |

The bed was very comfortable and everywhere was very clean in the room. It was quiet and peaceful on the night I stayed there.The staff on the reception desk were helpful and polite. |

Room was extremely comfortable. The food in the restaurant was adequate but a bit expensive for what it was. Very ordinary. Overall, the hotel was good. The food was only adequate. Tasted as if it all came from the freezer and was reheated. |

The central heating radiator in our room did not work, so the staff gave us a portable heater. Also, the close proximity to Heathrow Airport and the convenience of boarding a bus directly outside the front door was very good The pillows were hard! |
