The H8 shuttle bus service operates regularly between the hotel and terminals 1 and 3. The first service from the hotel is at 04:00, and the last bus from the airport is at 23:38. 2 children aged between 5 and 15 travel free with each accompanying adult, and children under 5 travel free.
Passengers who require Terminal 4 can take the Heathrow Hoppa bus service H58 to Terminal 5. At Terminal 5, the shuttle operates from the hotel from 04:20 until 23:40 every 40 minutes.
Group bookings of 10 rooms or more are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 50% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be sent to guests by the hotel.
