Vicino all'aereoporto La stanza non era particolarmente pulita, rumorosa..per ben due volta una sirena assordante dalla cucina ci ha svegliato e spaventato e quando abbiamo chiamato per chiedere cosa fosse la signorina alla reception non è stata particolarmente gentile anzi abbastanza stizzita! I muri inesistenti...!!! |

Possibilità di collegamento con l'aereoporto. Ristorante buono con prezzi abbordabili. Possibilità di bancomat in loco. Chiusura delle porte molto rumorosa che non consentiva di riposare.Struttura un pò antiquata con bagni non eccezionali. |

comfortable stay, but if you supply paper and envelopes (as you do) then the reception staff should sell stamps! Bathroom in room 137 had poor lighting and the handle on the lavatory needs replacing. |

Proximity to Heathrow plus budget prices. Hotel was very quiet considering how close it was to the airport. Staff at reception seemed overwhelmed at times during busy periods. Breakfast was less than adequate quality at ten pound price. |

Room was extremely comfortable. The food in the restaurant was adequate but a bit expensive for what it was. Very ordinary. Overall, the hotel was good. The food was only adequate. Tasted as if it all came from the freezer and was reheated. |
