breakfast not the best but ok
Value for money
Free WiFi, location
Lack of staff so had to wait at reception and bar
We arrived early and the staff made us welcome and made arrangements about checking in early
The lack of parking at the hotel had to park in the railway parking
Free wi-fi Close to my workplace Things for myself and girlfriend to see and do nearby
There was a generator above our bedroom window-I didn't mind it, but others might well do
easy access from motorway,,bars shops all close
lack of parking space and no lift for disabled from ground floor entrance to reception
Excellent helpful staff, welcoming bar, bathroom modern
Dated furniture in bedroom, lumpy uncomfortable mattress, very thin pillows even with two each not sufficiently thick enough for comfort.
Hotel was clean. receptionist very helpful
Breakfast -Plates not very warm-eggs like rubber no atmosphere in the dining room--Tea making machine Ugh though plenty to eat
Beds comfortable Window able to open wider Good for rail links into Hull
TV reception v poor considering it looked like it had been updated, some areas looked updated but not finished well. Parking v poor and should be drop and go or only disability bathroom fitting leaked water onto floor
The walls were so thin it was like I was sharing the room with the loud couple in the next room. The mattress was lumpy and the bed did not feel very clean. Go for cheap and cheerful and you just get very cheap.
Having pre booked the breakfast for sunday morning, we still had to wait, and as we were on a tight scheduaul for time, it was very inconvienient
Staff very helpful. Free wi-fi
Rooms very hot and noisy on the rooms on the road. One of our party had to change rooms because the room they were originally shown had no water wallpaper off the walls and dirty sealant around the bath-shower toilet areas
Good value for money will definitely stay again.
Need more parking.
Town centre Big double bed Bar Friendly staff VFM
only a handful of parking spaces
We stayed in a family room, myself, my mother, daughter and grandson. Visiting Hull for a funeral. It was a spacious comfortable room with all we needed. And nice hot water after a very long journey. We were late for breakfast as we had miss heard meal times but had a call from reception to hurry us along.
There wasn't a safety hand rail on the bath, my daughter slipped and hit her knee.
Good central location
Some rooms are dated, but a re-furb program is underway
Very central for City centre
Way too noisy from traffic, emergency vehicles constant as hotel very close to hospital. Loud as Social club next door. Very 70s decor
