Comfort Nights Hotel

Excellent beds. sleept like a baby. The staff was fantastic.

The bathroom was not clean. Eat breakfast elsewhere. Remember to order a room with no carpet. Saw a room with and it was so filthy.

Room 116. 1. The toilet was leaking, water all over the floor. 2. The shower was draining slowly thereby flooding 3. The corridors were filled with smoke. 4. The bed was shaking and squeaky, very much against health and safety. I don't believe this 'hotel' has ever been inspected by Health and Safety Inspectors. I'm in the middle of launching a complaint at the moment.

The bedroom and bathroom were filthy and the hotel on a whole smelt very strong of nicotine. Such a shame as the staff are lovely!

Staff

Toe nail clippings on the rug in the room. Bad Smell throughout hotel and mouldy ceiling in the room. Large gaps under room door. Broken Bed. Thin walls so noise from other guests in neighbouring rooms. Very liitle choice for breakfast. Very cold in dining area. Thread bare carpets. Dated and tired decor. Bar closed despite hotel being full.

Staff were pleasant

The hotel rooms need a lot of updating. the rooms need to be cleaned, I found a pair of sunglasses under the bed. It looked as the bed sheets had not been changed as there was makeup stain's on them. Also a lot of dust, under and behind the bed. If your looking for a cheap stay then possible the plaza hotel in the city center, is much cleaners for around the same price.

Was very dirty and noisy

The staff were very friendly and anything we asked for was supplied straight away.

The hotel smelt musty. The decor was a bit tacky. The room was very hot although there was a fan supplied. There was no light over the dressing table. Only 'continental breakfast' supplied which was really cereal, toast and fruit. All that was self service with no staff in sight.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didnt like anything about the hotel it was in a rdown part of town and it lity to the town centre. We had to take a taxi each time the bed was flimzy and the bed was partially broken there wasnt a bathroom only a toilet with a shower in it so when you shower the toilet got wet.

Reception was very welcoming when we arrived, very very helpful. Kelly the Manager and Jonathon on reception was very understanding in regards to my needs and to help as best they could I came to Leicester on a emergency as never attended Leicester before. They listened and took into consideration my emergency and the fact that I have walking difficulties and was very accomodating to both my daughter and I. As my daughter has been telling everyone " we stayed in a palace room"........

It is in the city and closer to my friends and family

The worst thing was that they don't clean the room and never vacuum the carpet only sweeps so it is always dirty, and when we come back there is nobody on the counter and we have to wait for the key.

- Le décor dans la salle d'accueil très vieillot. - Les chambres sont très mal nettoyées (tout l'équipement : douches, WC, bureaux...même la cafetière), tout est salle. J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels en Europe en faisant mes réservations sur Booking .com, mais c'est la première fois que j'ai vu un tel état de saleté.

Skromniutkie śniadanko i całkowity brak zainteresownia ze strony obsługi czy coś potrzeba. Pomieszczenia wymagają odnowy.

The staff were very helpful and courteous to a weary travellor. Good advice was given about the locations of restaurants . Would visit again.

I needed to be near the city centre and the hotel is near where I wanted to go..

My room had the smell of cigarette smoke.

Can't fault it at all

It was very dirty with rubbish and linen bags in lobby area when we arrived. The stairway is filthy and has a strong smell of urine in places. The decor is anchient and walls were filthy in stairway. Lock/handle on door was very loose and I didnt feel secure when leaving my posessions in room. Room booked was not available but 2 singles were offered which we had no choice but to accept, if I was travelling with my wife it would have been a disaster!! The walls are paper thin and every noise can be heard from adjacent rooms also party room is directly below and any chance of sleep is gone when there is a function on...in my case it lasted until 4 am.
