I didnt like anything about the hotel it was in a rdown part of town and it lity to the town centre. We had to take a taxi each time the bed was flimzy and the bed was partially broken there wasnt a bathroom only a toilet with a shower in it so when you shower the toilet got wet.

Reception was very welcoming when we arrived, very very helpful. Kelly the Manager and Jonathon on reception was very understanding in regards to my needs and to help as best they could I came to Leicester on a emergency as never attended Leicester before. They listened and took into consideration my emergency and the fact that I have walking difficulties and was very accomodating to both my daughter and I. As my daughter has been telling everyone " we stayed in a palace room"........

It is in the city and closer to my friends and family The worst thing was that they don't clean the room and never vacuum the carpet only sweeps so it is always dirty, and when we come back there is nobody on the counter and we have to wait for the key.

nothing . o9nly the friendly manager ! breakfasat w2as cereal ann toast at a chage. my room was o9n second floor. walls paper thin. escouts were in next room. having sex from 11,30 till 3am i went to recepto ion to complain. they wouldnt move me and it all happened again the next night!! i8 never got a wink of sleep! on a main road to in an asian community area.

It was much better than I expected for the price. Would assume it caters for Asian parties as the dining room is all done out as ancient Egyptian palace - really unusual decor!! Room I had was simple, clean and the bed was great. Recommended

I was very impressed with the room quality and decor. It was simple yet stylish and did not consist of cheap modern furniture. On arrival I emphasised my need for coffee and each time I was passing the staff enquired if I needed more. I was made to feel welcome and did not feel uncomfortable even though I was travelling alone. If the need arose again I would certainly book again.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Pokoje zadbane, atrakcyjne w tej cenie. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie - tv, internet bezprzewodowy, czajnik elektryczny, kawa, herbata, suszarka do włosów. Bardzo cienkie ściany - raz w nocy zostałem obudzony przez głośnego sąsiada. Czystość całego hotelu mogłaby być dokładniejsza.

the only good thing about this place is the friendly day manager apart from that its not nice it feels more like a hostel and the showers are gross and freezing!!!

For us it was the idle location near to family & friends who live in Leicester and also it was very close to Ram Mandir where we attended a wedding on 15th april 2012. The staff were very helpful with advice on shopping, parking and general info we requested. They were very pleasant.
