I stayed here with my son as he was competing in an event at the nearby British Cycling Cente. Room was large enough to put 2 bikes (important as carpark is not securely gated at night), very clean and had everything we needed. Staff were great. Will definitely stay here every time we are back in Manchester. Breakfast could be from 7am rather than 8am.

Rooms were a good size The room service menu was very limited and the fish and chips I had was very average. The salad was mainly onions and the fish looked and tasted like processed frozen fish. Very expensive for the quality. The hairdryer is still an old fashioned hold your finger on the button whilst you dry your hair and is seriously underpowered. About time they put a decent hairdryer in their rooms even if it's still attached to the wall. It would be nice if hotels these days didn't want to charge £13.95 for just tea and toast in the morning. Skipped breakfast as over priced.

Great facilities, extremely friendly staff who were more than helpful. The room was not only quite trendy, but also spotlessly clean. Also, the price was more than reasonable. Overall we were delighted and would recommend it.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was only a short taxi ride from the city centre. The staff were pleasant. Although they were pleasant the staff were not very knowledgeable about places to go and eat in Manchester, even down to a good area to be dropped off by the taxi.

The duty manager was really friendly and accommodating. There was a 20 min wait on food due to a large party ordering and he arranged room service free of charge as it was getting late and we had planned to go on a night out. The room was lovely and all staf were helpful when asking the best places to go but for us the manager really made the stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay again

I liked the price and the design of the hotel, very comfy king size bed. Very good value for money. I was a bit disappointed with the hotel room service, the person didn't fill the refreshments up and we had no milk or sugar for our tea.

Atmosphere, Value for money, clean, comfortable king bed, lifts, and very polite staff!! If ever we stay in manchester again we will most certainly use this hotel! We were in manchester as a birthday treat for my partner as we also watched a concert in the M.E.n Arena. The En-Suite Bathroom was spottlessly clean and a bath as well as a shower! Also for a small amount of money you can pay for your check out time to be later than the usual 11.00 am. And the reception staff were also very helpful in ordering us a taxi into the city center!! Excellent Hotel!

Location suited Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Expensive for this trip. Eating at the restaurant is expensive for what you are getting. Staff were okay, service a bit slow. Defensive when gave a small complaint about food.
