I was really pleased that the room we got was the same as the picture on the website. It was a twin room with two double beds and was modern, spacious and comfortable. We also had a tv and tea and coffee making facilities.

We had a lovely Eastern European (tall, blonde) serving in the breakfast area. She was very friendly (greeted us in the mornings), and very helpful. We where given incorrect information about the storage of our bags, no fee was mentioned, when we came prior to booking. Dealing with reception staff where English was a second or third language was frustrating. Hot water system was inadiquate, and when we tried to explain to the Indian receptionist that the water was luke warm, she said it was because we were up to last (8am) and water had been used by the rest of the guests. This happened both weekends we stayed at the hotel. On the final day we stayed the water was cold, at 7.45am. This wasn't good enough, and upon complaining again we requested a refund which we received. Have suggested friends don't book with you.

It was located near to the bus station and the theatre We were in room 208 and although the room looked clean there was a stale smell in the shower / toilet almost like an open drain, it wasn't very pleasent and if I were staying longer than one night would of asked to move. Pitty to came at a time when you were refirbing the dinning room as we had a breakfast bag brought to out room ok in itself, but no hot drinks included, and having a tea the night before meant we did not have one for breakfast

Location was good, the rooms were crean, front desk reception was very helpfu. We werer very helpful. There was street noise. Very affordable! Bathrooms were small, had no soap bar, excepto for liquidación sentid soap. They only supplied 3 towells (no wash clothes, han towells). They DID however supply extra towells as needed.

The location was everything as we were travelling from Victoria Railway Station (only five minutes walk) the next morning, on the Orient Express, and could not risk being late hence our stay at the hotel the previous evening. We have stayed previously for similar reasons and have always found the facilities adequate. There is a handy cafe next door serving a variety of snacks etc if, say, arriving early and the hotel room is not ready or awaiting coach/train connection and insufficient time to go walkabout, especially with luggage.

Our group of 5 reached Comfort Inn at almost 1.00 am. The receptionist who received us, the good-looking Mr. Shaneer, was very welcoming and gave us a warm reception. He was very helpful in all our additional request for assistance, and even became a friend :) The was a good sized lift/elevator (can fit in 2-3 paxs with luggage) to ease us from having to hull our luggage up narrow stairs. Continental breakfast was ample and fresh. Room for four was able to accommodate our party of 5. There were 2 double bed and a mobile bed provided. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Once again, many thanks to the cousins, Shaneer and Moeb (sorry if I got your name spelling wrong) for their hospitality and kind assistance to all our requests. You both had made our stay a really memorable one, and we will surely suggest Comfort Inn Victoria to anyone who'd ask us. And if we are ever coming over again, we're sure to stay there in London :) The bonus is that the hotel is just 3mins breeze walking away from Victoria train/underground station. and less than 10mins walk from Victoria Coach station where most of the tour buses are parked. The hotel is listed as pick-up point if you are joining in any tours. There are also charity shop and sundry shops nearby, and is a lovely walk to Buckingham road towards big ben and the London eye area. Our group totally enjoyed our stay at Victoria. Can't think of anything negative.

Location is ideal for getting around London. Just two blocks from Victoria Rail & Underground, and not too much farther to Victoria Bus Station. The Terravision buses from Stansted have a terminal just a block away. Room included all basics (hair drier, dispenser soaps, room safe, air unit, tv). Room and bathroom on the small side, but adequate. Breakfast is included, and consists of juices, coffee, tea, yoghurts, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast & pastries. Our room was very quiet. Hallways are narrow, but that didn't matter except once where we had to lift a suitcase to get by a cleaning cart! Helpful 24 hour desk staff. Especially for the price and location, no reason not to stay here unless you want a more modern, larger room or a hotel with a restaurant and a non-budget feel.

I have used the Comfort Inn annually for more than ten years and for the first time I was given a decent room in which it was a pleasure to rest (third floor, facing north). The professionalism and the courtesey of the front desk staff has improved somewhat. The day time staff were much more friendly. The breakfast room remains extremely noisy. The wi-fi service is expensive and unrelaible and price quotations vary from desk attendant to attendant. Beware of the night staff!.

Staff were helpful and obliging without being intrusive. Ideal location for access to the MHRA (which I was visiting for an important meeting) and the underground link. The Inn was commendably quiet and there was no noticeable noise from other guests rooms, or the pub nearby. I cannot find anything to cooment on that would constitute a criticism

The hotel is conveniently located and is very practical. However I booked a quadruple room and they gave me a double room with 2 very uncomfortable single beds, and they still charged me for a quadruple room- simple unacceptable. The next day on my complaint they changed it to proper room and then stay was good. The hotel is fine, breakfast is very basic, but generally hotel is ok if you stay on road side of hotel, then you would have hard time sleeping since there is a lot lot of traffic and there are no shutters in the windows, so all sounds come directly in the room , we spent a horrible night since we were on that side of hotel, if you get room on other side, you dont hear a sound and it is very comfortable

Excellent quality rooms. Very big and as good as I could hope for in a hotel. Good location close to Victoria The road Belgrave Road is very noisy. I was on the 2nd floor facing Belgrade Road and there was substantial traffic all night, even on a Sunday night. Woken up by traffic many times, eg 4pm and there are lorries outside. The only donwnside - other than that it was paradise

I travelled with 7 yr old son 2 see d sights of London. The hotel was located ideally 2 see big Ben, Buckingham palace etc. The staff at reception were so helpful with directions and ways 2 travel it just made our trip a whole lot easier. The room was lovely not 5 star but wasn't expecting it 2 be. It was very quiet which was nice for for London! A very nice, clean, friendly hotel would recommend 4 a short break 2 see d sights and delights that London has 2 offer. I was a happy customer :)

Loved the location! Within a 2 minute walk to Victoria Station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also had a closet area to store our luggage because we arrived earlier than check-in time without charging a storage fee. Breakfast was good with healthy cereal choice and hard boiled eggs. Would definitely stay at Comfort Inn again if we travel back to London.
