Breakfast was ample and a good variety of foods, the staff were freindly the rooms are clean and tidy and a brilliant location for london, I will be definatly looking to stay there again. We used the hotel as a base, therefore it was everything we required, with that said there was nothing I could fault |

Convenience of situation of. Staff unobtrusive. My bookings were made weeks in advance for twin room. On arrival we were given and double bed with a childs bed squeezed in between wall and bed, no room to walk and was told it was a twin room. This was unacceptable. Twin room was was available on mezzanine level with stairs which I had specifically requested that if there were stairs to put us on ground floor. There was no apology just an insistance that this was a twin room. I settled for twin room with stairs, a very poor show as it was not a last minute booking. Another person requested a suite, told on arrival it was not availble, he too had booked weeks in advance. This hotel is so well situated and not short of custom so it appears to be a case of take it or leave it. |

Conveniently close to Victoria Station Too much noise through walls/floor, corridors thin, fluorescent light, bathroom fan taking too long to go off. |

The ocation was ideal for an event I was attending. It is also close to tourist attractions. The heating was set to maximum in the room and in the corridors. Too hot ! |

The cleanliness and decor We were residing in room 109 and there was a constant humming coming from the shaft all night long. To make matters worse the maintenance staff kept leaving the door open making the noise even more audible - we could barely sleep all night long. Another night we nearly tripped over a vacum cleaner that was left in the passage way all evening, which we felt was very careless on behalf of the cleaning staff. On checking out, the male receptionist didn't even bother to help us place the luggage in the luggage room for safekeeping...we had to take out all the other people's luggage in order to get ours out when we came back to collect them. We would recommend the hotel on the proviso that they do not stay in room 109 |

The breakfast. Felt that we were given a single room, only place for one set of towels, only one chair. No comfort in the room to relax after a day of sightseeing. |

My room was quiet at night and I could open my window for fresh air without being disturbed by traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was roomy with a good selection of towels. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The television in my room did not have any instructions and it was hit and miss whether it actually received a signal or not. |

I liked the cleanliness and room facilities, and also the location as it was so near to Victoria station. Unfortunately we were all registered under our first names which caused total confusion when confirming our stay and when booking in. |

The breakfast was good I would have liked a little more service. I asked for an iron and ironing board and was told I could have one if I went to reception to get it. Ive not had this experience at other hotels costing the same amount of money. |
