A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, nagyon közel van a Victoria pályaudvarhoz, ahonnan számtalan metróvonal, vonat és buszjárat indul vagy oda érkezik. Megfelelő lehetőségek vannak a környéken az étkezésre, bevásárlásra, a legfontosabb látnivalók akár hosszabb-rövidebb sétával is elérhetők, hiszen nem olcsó a közlekedés. Mivel már laktunk ebben a szállodában és elégedettek voltunk az ár-érték aránnyal, nem volt kérdés, hogy ezúttal is ott foglalunk. Első alkalommal londoni ismerősünk kereste szobát, így csak az idei foglaláskor láttam, hogy létezik deluxe szoba is, természetesen drágábban. Mivel jobb kondíciókkal ajánlotta a szálloda, ezt választottuk. Ehhez képest kaptunk egy - a tavalyinál kisebb, szekrény, illetve polcok nélküli - fapados, hátsó udvarra néző szobácskát, de ezt is csak másodszorra. A rossz hangulatú és még rosszabb modorú, éppen ügyeletben lévő portás ugyanis először egy olyan szobát adott, amelyben már lakott egy nő. A reklamációt kifejezetten rossz néven vette, pénzről, másik-harmadik szobáról hallani sem akart. |

Közel van a városközponthoz, akár gyalog is elérhetők a főbb nevezetességek és a tömegközlekedési csomópontok. Kicsi a szoba, egyhangú reggeli. |

Csendes volt. A személyzet válaszolt a kérdéseinkre, útmutatást adott. Lehetett kártyával fizetni. A reggeli választéka szűkös. A magyarországi árakhoz képest nagyon drága a nyújtott szolgáltatáshoz (szoba, fürdő mérete, egyebek) tekintetében. |

A szállás kiválóan megközelíthető tömegközlekedési eszközökkel. Kifejezetten közel esik a város központjához. A személyzet kedves volt, mindenben segítettek, még a szobát is kicserélhettük gond nélkül. Rendkívül jól működött a vezeték nélküli ieternet hozzáférés és a nyomtatót is térítésmentesen lehetett használni. Túl korán véget ér a reggelizésre rendelkezésre álló idő és a kínálat is szegényes, ugyan csak kontinentális reggelit hirdetnek. |

Comfortable hotel on relatively quiet road conveniently close to Victoria Station. Excellent euro-continental breakfast choice. No comfortable chair in the room. TV channels hard to find. The only way to and from the basement breakfast room was via the lift - no stairs. There was a fire exit up to the street via the kitchen entrance and past the kitchen extractor fan - not an ideal situation. |

The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria station. The hotel was refurbished a little while ago and it's very smart and modern. We have stayed there a lot of times and always been content. This time, the air-con wasn't working and we had been allocated a basement room which was unbearably hot. However, after to complaining to reception it took only a few minutes for them to move us to an upstairs room where we could open a window, and that was fine. |

We arrived 3 hours before check in but it wasn't a problem. We were allowed to leave our bags and come back later to check in. We were only in town for 2 days so this helped us to make the most of our time. Also check out was at 11am but our bus was not leaving til 6pm - again we were allowed to leave our bags and collect them later. The staff, the location, the cleanliness were all second to now and i would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. |

Hotel was basic but clean and well maintained with modern fittings. Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria Railway/Tube/Coach Stations. Some good reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Convenient to Westminster, Buckingham Palace and Harrods. In terms of London hotel prices, we reckon it represented value for money. The hotel was full and the breakfast room was quite small for the number of guests. Queueing for the continental breakfast was a minor ordeal. The layout of our room could have been better - the bathroom had sufficient space for toilet and shower only - with the sink placed in the bedroom. The bedroom itself was quite large, but perhaps the layout was compromised by the architecture of the building. Occasional noise from room above due to foot traffic. |

This is a great location near the Victoria train station. The bvuffet breakfast that is included is also very good. We had booked a twin room (2 beds) and they only had a double bed available. I was very disappointed and questioned why they acepted the booking if they could not provide the twin room that we booked. They managed to find another room the second night, but only after I threatened to cancel the next two nights we had booked. |

it was close to train station, and the room was clean. staff were very abrupt. breakfast was very basic, no hot food at all. breakfast room was crowded and basic.when asked if they could book us a taxi, they were helpfull but on coming back with a price, it would have cost us £16 for a mile long trip. room had two tv's in? |

Good location. The room was clean and the lighting was good.Good bathroom. The bed was narrow and very hard. Bad smell in the room from the drain.The radiator and water pipes made a terrible noise. The room was very small, f.eks. only one chair. The staff was rather unfriendly. |

They had a free bottle of water in the room and little coffe machine with cups, very nice. The hotel is good, the problem are the doors slamming from the other rooms, but it didnt happened every night. The hotel is 10 feet away from St. Georges Tavern that we loved! We went there every night and they serve the best Fish and Chips! The breakfast from the hotel is very good. Didn't like some people from the front desk.... |
