Comfort Inn Victoria

清潔感があり　Victoria駅に至近。

部屋はせまかったですが、どうせ寝るだけなので大きな問題にはなりませんでした。場所は非常に便利で効率よ- く観光ができました。

チェックイン前に荷物を預かって頂きましたが、個別に管理されているわけではないので少し不安でした（結果- 的には大丈夫でしたが）。

バスルームの換気扇があまり効かない。

とにかく部屋が狭すぎました。

朝食が無料で付いており、内容も良い。クロワッサン、コーヒーが美味しかった。部屋は狭いが、夜寝るだけな- ので十分。ベビーベッドをリクエストしたが、準備されていなかった。フロントに言うと、すぐに対応してくれ- て、問題なかった。バスタブがなくシャワーのみだったが、快適に過ごせた。ロケーションはビクトリア駅に近- く、交通の便がとてもよい。レストラン街が近くにあり、インド料理等の店がある。隣近所にパブがあり、食事- もおいしかった。またロンドンに行く機会があれば、ぜひ利用したい。

廊下が狭いので、万が一の火災等の場合、避難に混乱する恐れがあるかな、と、ちょっと心配になりました。

triple(1single/1double bed)の部屋にとまりましたが、思っていたより狭かったのが、いまいち不満でした。

何かこちらに問題が発生すると、早急に処置をしてくれた点でフロントスタッフの接客が大変良かった。

最終日にお湯が出なくなった点。

ロケーションは良かった。ビクトリア駅が近く地下鉄にて空港や市内の移動がしやすかった。ビッグベンなどタ- クシーでも１０ポンドかからない。となりにパブがあって遅くまでお酒を飲んで楽しむことが出来た。

大人３人、小さい子供２人の旅行だったためダブルベッド１台・シングルベッドの２台の部屋を時間をかけて探- し当てて予約したにもかかわらず、当てられた部屋は予約した部屋と違った。実際予約した部屋は利用されてい- て変わることはなかったが、予約フォームを確認してホテル側が誤ってくれたので気持ち良く宿泊できた（ベッ- ドの面では不具合があったが）。変わりにとすぐにベビーベッドを用意してくれたが（無料）、ほこりにまみれ- て利用する気にならなかった。

The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria station. The hotel was refurbished a little while ago and it's very smart and modern.

We have stayed there a lot of times and always been content. This time, the air-con wasn't working and we had been allocated a basement room which was unbearably hot. However, after to complaining to reception it took only a few minutes for them to move us to an upstairs room where we could open a window, and that was fine.

Hotel was basic but clean and well maintained with modern fittings. Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria Railway/Tube/Coach Stations. Some good reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Convenient to Westminster, Buckingham Palace and Harrods. In terms of London hotel prices, we reckon it represented value for money.

The hotel was full and the breakfast room was quite small for the number of guests. Queueing for the continental breakfast was a minor ordeal. The layout of our room could have been better - the bathroom had sufficient space for toilet and shower only - with the sink placed in the bedroom. The bedroom itself was quite large, but perhaps the layout was compromised by the architecture of the building. Occasional noise from room above due to foot traffic.

I wasnt informed my 'newly refurbished' room would be located in the basement of the hotel.

it was close to train station, and the room was clean.

staff were very abrupt. breakfast was very basic, no hot food at all. breakfast room was crowded and basic.when asked if they could book us a taxi, they were helpfull but on coming back with a price, it would have cost us £16 for a mile long trip. room had two tv's in?
