O amplasare foarte buna in ce ceea ce priveste mijloacele de transport in comun si apropierea fata de centrul orasului.

Din pacate spatiile sunt la modul general foarte reduse (hol de acces, camere, etc...) insa nu stiu cum acest lucru ar putea fi imbunatatit. Nu mi-a placut faptul ca am fost taxat direct de pe cardul de credit fara sa fiu intrebat desi aveam de gand sa platesc numerar, fapt ce l-am mentionat odata cu primirea camerei.

The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria station. The hotel was refurbished a little while ago and it's very smart and modern.

We have stayed there a lot of times and always been content. This time, the air-con wasn't working and we had been allocated a basement room which was unbearably hot. However, after to complaining to reception it took only a few minutes for them to move us to an upstairs room where we could open a window, and that was fine.

Hotel was basic but clean and well maintained with modern fittings. Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria Railway/Tube/Coach Stations. Some good reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Convenient to Westminster, Buckingham Palace and Harrods. In terms of London hotel prices, we reckon it represented value for money.

The hotel was full and the breakfast room was quite small for the number of guests. Queueing for the continental breakfast was a minor ordeal. The layout of our room could have been better - the bathroom had sufficient space for toilet and shower only - with the sink placed in the bedroom. The bedroom itself was quite large, but perhaps the layout was compromised by the architecture of the building. Occasional noise from room above due to foot traffic.

I wasnt informed my 'newly refurbished' room would be located in the basement of the hotel.

it was close to train station, and the room was clean.

staff were very abrupt. breakfast was very basic, no hot food at all. breakfast room was crowded and basic.when asked if they could book us a taxi, they were helpfull but on coming back with a price, it would have cost us £16 for a mile long trip. room had two tv's in?

Good location. The room was clean and the lighting was good.Good bathroom.

The bed was narrow and very hard. Bad smell in the room from the drain.The radiator and water pipes made a terrible noise. The room was very small, f.eks. only one chair. The staff was rather unfriendly.

Location, service, cleanliness.

Noisy street rooms, limit of the TV channels.

Easy access to Londons main attractions and close proximity the the Underground.

Everything, the room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for sight seeing and travelling, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

I have to complain about one of your young male staff with no glasses about his working attitude.
