Large room which is not very common in London.I was upgraded and had a microwave which was very useful.

accesible from the tube station. close to amenities and not too far from major landmarks

just a bit dated and the area it's in is not the nicest

It was located well for Brixton Academy

At night when we returned to the Hotel we asked the person on night shift for a fork and he was rude and said that if he gave us a fork he would have to give one to all the customers. He did give us a spoon, but his attitude was not very pleasant.

It was near to the Vauxhall tube station so good for travelling into the centre of London. I felt perfectly safe walking back with the children in the evenings. I also thought it was very good value that breakfast for under 15's in the week, under 13's at weekends was free with a paying adult.

The hotel decoration was very basic, not the sort of hotel you'd recomend for a romantic break. Still I expected that from a Comfort Inn. It would have been handy if there was some indication to the hotel outside Vauxhall tube station as the South Lambeth Rd isn't written anywhere.

The room was very clean and tidy. It was a good location, as we were going to a gig at brixton academy, which is only two tube stops away.

Check out time was 11.30am, but I maid decided to walk into the room at 10.30am, not at the most appropriate of times! We had only booked a double room, but the room we were given had a double bed, and two single beds, which felt abit weird.

limited amount of parking which was very expensive for 1 night

It was quiet (at least on the night that I stayed there). I went for a business trip and it suited my needs, especially the good value parking facilities.

Nice and comfortable room.

Not really a good deal for the money, there are cheaper places at better locations. The soap dispensers at the sink and shower were broken and I had to open for getting their contents.

It was warm and clean

No evening meals available (I was a lady on my own and didn't feel safe walking to the nearest restaurant) - also, could do with a seating area where you can have a drink (not sure if you could have used the breakfast area but this wasn't pointed out to me on checking in).
