We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room..which was fantastic

Noisy pub opposite which was open till 4am

poor assortment of breakfast meals

We paid what I deem to be "top dollar" for average facilities. Because we have 3 childrenan extra bed being put into the room seemed to cause our tariff to rocket, which I personally think is unfair

Having stayed the previous week it was good that had been noted and probably because of this my room was upgrade which was greatly appreciated

The fire alarm system needs a review as it went off at an unfortunate hour due to someone in the shower. If thats the case its good it wasn't a fire. Minimal cover on reception means if they are called away there is no one available

we checked in late on the 22nd of feb, the gentleman on the reception was extremely helpfull called for take away food as we were late arriving. once again we were on the ground floor which was very noisy early morning/late night we did ask for another floor but this wasnt possible. all in all very enjoyable stay possibly think about secondry glazing on the lower floors as you can hear everyone walking past the window.

Comfy beds for all 5 of us, tea/coffee and kettle were nice, lovely and warm in the room

Breakfast cost a little high, road out the front very noisy.

Rooms were clean and location was good for us.

We had a double room which an ajoining room, we had to complain twice to the hotel that we could clearly here everything going on in the room beside us. Not good when you have a 2 year old son trying to sleep. There were no snack facilities in the hotel. Reception on served drinks which is very poor in 2012! Shower had no base and only a curtain so anytime we showered the whole bathroom was waterlogged, again not acceptable in 2012. I requested a babycot during my intial booking, phoned the hotel the day before and they said it would be there. Upon checking in, I was told it was in the room. It wasnt and had to ask again.

Simple, but clean and cozy hotel. Very good for it's price. Convenient location for those who want to stay in London and need to travel by National Rail - 10 minute walk from Vauxhaull tube and National Rail stations.

Breakfast is VERY simple.

The room and the bathroom was ver clean, the position is eccellent. I would reccomend this hotel if the rate is same as I found.

Missing towel for the shower. We found one clean towel which was not clean. The towels were small and I needed an extra one. Also the room was not particularly warm. Outside it was very cold and the small heter was not really heating so much. But it was just sufficient.

It was exactly as described. Very comfortable, we had a great wekend and would definitely book again

We had a 5 bed room but only 4 teacups/teabags in the morning?

i've stayed at the Comfort Inn Vauxhall on numerous occasions, recomended to many people (straight/gay) , clean,comfortable, very helpful staff, easy to get to bus/tube also good little cafe's restaurants in area

chattering of cleaning staff outside bedroom door eary mornings ! ----removal of all my toiletries from shower room and placed in another part of main room day before i left, this i could not understand ?

Pleasant, clean room. 10 to 15 minute walk to Vauxhall tube station, which made it an easy trip to get around much of London on the tube. Couple of small convenience stores nearby, which was handy. Most of the restaurants nearby are Portugese, so if one wanted more choice, one would need to look farther afield. Portugese deli/cafe across the street for a handy morning cuppa joe (there's probably instant available next to the kettle in the room, but I don't do instant coffee).

Duvet was a bit light & the pillows are cheap and cheerful, so not the cosiest, most comfortable sleep I've had in a hotel. No soda machine in the hotel & a mini fridge in the room woulnd't go amiss. Shower power was a bit piddly. More minor quibbles than major issues, though & I'd stay again as the price is good for London.
