The location is pretty good for exploring london; train, tube and bus within 5 min walk. Room was clean and in good shape. Was nice that we got a free room upgrade. The quadruple room is not big but we've had much smaller rooms in other hotels in london There is not enough information on parking. There is free parking in the street on sat and sun. During the week street parking is app 3.50 gbp per hour so parking on the hotel premisis is more economical

The cleanliness of the hotel was very good and the breakfast was exactly what we needed. Also, there was a room where our luggage could be left for a few hours after checking out free of charge. The location is only a 5 minute walk from the tube station but it is not the best walk in the world and can be intimidating with 3 young children. That is the only negative point.

We needed a room to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, not many hotels offer this. The room was not too cramped either, very clean and not tatty.

I like the perfect location to get to London city centre, to underground lines, railway lines and very close to Bus Station that you can use at night When I checked in my room wasn't ready yet because it was too early,so I had to leave my suitcase in the language room, but I felt unsafe because I didn't receive any ticket to pick it up later, so everyone who said that is their luggage could take it. Also the receptionist said they don't take any responsibility of any lost or damage!. The staff doesn't smile at all. I felt like a number.

Pleasant, clean room. 10 to 15 minute walk to Vauxhall tube station, which made it an easy trip to get around much of London on the tube. Couple of small convenience stores nearby, which was handy. Most of the restaurants nearby are Portugese, so if one wanted more choice, one would need to look farther afield. Portugese deli/cafe across the street for a handy morning cuppa joe (there's probably instant available next to the kettle in the room, but I don't do instant coffee). Duvet was a bit light & the pillows are cheap and cheerful, so not the cosiest, most comfortable sleep I've had in a hotel. No soda machine in the hotel & a mini fridge in the room woulnd't go amiss. Shower power was a bit piddly. More minor quibbles than major issues, though & I'd stay again as the price is good for London.

Convenient. Staff pleasant. All family could share one room. 5Th bed (folding bed) was not comfortable. Just about ok for light 13 year old but would not have been acceptable for older teen or adult.

The room and facilities were clean and tidy. I found the breakfast very poor and I wish I hadn't paid the extra for the continental breakfast. I regret not going elsewhere for breakfast as the standard of it for the money you pay for it was extremely poor, and definitely the worst breakfast experience I have ever had in a hotel.

How close it was to the city, south bank and london eye were 3 to 5 mins away in car. We could access via bus and underground too. Lovely site seeing close by, literally felt like being in the city. Value for money, only downside was they dont do a fully English breakfast, and hot snacks, but u can go to local shop across the road. Had a good stay in a bed room for 5 people. No hot full English breakfast, or hot snacks in the evening, central heating was on full blast before we even walked in, had a good stay, nothing can be perfect!

I liked the cosy comfortable feeling I had. This is because of room size (boo too large), layout, cleanliness and a general feeling of being safe and secure there.

I was surprised with this hotel. Bigger than I thought. Breakfast simple, but enough to me. Even in a room in front of the road, I could sleep well.
