The politeness and comfort of bed
The parking charges were extortion Your better off parking on the Main Street if you check out before 8am and save £22
Everything very clean, a good Wi-fi ( very important for foreigners)
No brekfast included
The hotel was going through renovation during our stay, so, we were surrounded by new paint smell all over the building. had to open a window in our room for the whole night.
good position only a ten minute walk to tube. Breakfast included &car park at reasonable cost.hotel was well maintained &staff very helpful.a very pleasant stay.would use again.
beds very firm..still slept well !
Great location , close proximity to Brixton Academy
Noisy air con
We thought it might be too far from the center but bus stop for no.2 and 88 was just front of hotel which tekes us to Oxford circus, Piccadilly Circus, marble arch in 20min.
Though breakfast was included, it was awful quality. We skipped it. Size of dowble bet was size of semi-double bed. If you are big person, you might not seep well.
Location: only takes you 10 min max to walk to Vauxhall station. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, lots of small shops/cafes within easy reach. A young manager whose name is Mohammed was especially kind and helpful - I needed to book train tickets urgently and his assistance was much appreciated.
I only got Wi-Fi access for 24 hrs, didn't have the time to ask why, though. The furniture in the canteen is kind of spartan. It reminds you of the good old Soviet kindergartens))
I like everythingh in general and special the amability of the recepcionists allways wiling to help.
Really, really the price of the beer.
Friendly, polite staff who were very accommodating and professional.
Size of the bed
Ideally situated, bus stop right outside to take you into center of London. Room was spot on as hotel has undergone a refurbishment. Also has car parking. Staff were very friendly.
Excellent without being excessive. Everying we required, nothing overlooked. It did everything it said in the blurb but more comfortable. We only stayed three nights, but we will go back next year and stay longer.
It was a bit of a faff having to sign in to wifi each day of our stay.
Wi-Fi and good breakfast.
The cleaningstaff did not speak English.
The room was well proportioned, clean and comfortable. Facilities in the room were excellent - got a feeling that they were brand new as the hotel was in the middle of some form of refurbishment. Even though I was on a street facing room I can't remember hearing much street noise at all. Great place to base a weekend away in London.
The hotel has undergone refurbishment since we stayed there in March and we think the upgrade is fantastic.
The kettle and cups were dirty on arrival the staff on the desk went into the back office to argue about which room to put me in before acknowledging I was there I was also given a quad room - three single beds and a camp bed, not the double I booked and only one of the beds was even vaguely sleep-able in terms of comfort. The "recent renovations" on the website were so recent that the rooms still stank of paint and the plastic covers to protect the carpet from paint were still on the carpets. Money should've been spent on better windows (loads of road and train noise through the night) and mattresses as opposed to fancy tiling in the bathrooms. Won't be staying again.
Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. About 10 minute walk from Vauxhall underground station. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good Italian restaurant (also reasonably priced) two minutes walk away. Also nice pub, the Vauxhall Griffin nearby.
Hotel was still undergoing refurbishment but disruption was minimal, ie couldn't use the stairs because of wet paint. However lift was fine.
The fact that it was 5 minutes walk from Fire.
Car parking Free wifi Clean friendly modern
Nothing. this is a good place. I hope they don't put the prices up!
Short walk to the tube Able to walk across the Thames to Westminster district Great Brazilian restaurant / bar across the street Excellent staff that was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating
I turned up at the hotel as I had just came back from a business trip and was locked out of my house. I went to the hotel and asked if they had any free rooms, I left and looked on bookings.com and there was a room available! Very unhappy
I liked everything perfectly located to access central areas of London staff polite apart from building work started a bit early but it's for making the experience that much better so although negative at time positive long-term will book again 100%
Building work bit had to be done
Good business hotel. Close to Westminster. Very clean and comfortable
