το ξενοδοχειο ειναι σε καλη περιοχη με ευκολη προσβαση στο κεντρο,μαγαζια, παρκα κ.λ.π. αρκετα καθαρο και με αριστοκρατικο στυλ.

το δωματειο που ηταν κρατημενο απο το booking.com ηταν υπογειο!!!!! αναγκαστηκαμε να πληρωσουμε 40 λιρεσ παραπανω για να δουμε την πισω !!!! πλευρα του κτιριου.

The staff are efficient and queries and problems were handled sensibly and quickly.

There was a nice atmosphere and I liked the reception area.

Staying in room 605 turned out to be a bit noisey, probably because of the fact that the elevator was next to my room door. I was awakened apporximately 10-15 times every night, which of course was annoying. Apart from that everthing was fine.

Nice room, comfortable bed, quiet. Friendly and helpful desk staff. .

Continental breakfast was ok, but no better.

I thought the location was excellent, very close to the tube station and nice to have Hyde Park across the way - it was perfect for our needs

The floor was squeaky so when the person in the room up floor was walking ...

Great location - quiet square, near Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Atmosphere generally good - nice sitting area, bar. Breakfast offered a good range of food.

Room, corridors and dining room were rather cramped. It would have been good if reception staff had warned us on our arrival that there is building work going on next door. As it was when we went to our room it sounded as if someone was going to drill their way in to join us. There was no problem with noise through the night or next morning. Carpets could do with an update.

The location is excellent for the tub, the area we found was quiet (even with a room close to the restaurant area, as ours was) and the bed and room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were without fault.

The elevator is very small.

I booked this hotel for my parents (in their 60s). The got a quiet room albeit rather small space for the money I paid for. My parents don't speak English so if I weren't there I am not sure how the staff were able to deal with them because they didn't seem to offer any other language skills (except for the waiters in the canteen). Overall a pleasant stay though.

Location - near Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube; staff - friendly and helpful; room - beautiful, comfy bed; everything really!

Lovely room, excellent polite staff, and very good value and location. Also the continental breakfast was very good.

The size of the bed, quiet room, helpful & pleasant staff, good buffet breakfast.

The hand shower attachment would not stay in its clip and it would have been better if it could have had an alternative higher mounting point for those who don't like the central fixed head. Bedside lighting adequate but could be better.
