Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare East has everything you'd expect, including free parking and an on-site Beefeater restaurant. It is close to Weston Milton Train Station and about 2 miles from the sea.
Score from 190 reviews Very good
Situated only 100 yards from the sandy beach, Premier Inn Weston Super-Mare (Seafront) is 19 miles away from Bristol Airport. The Winter Gardens and the Playhouse Theatre are only 5 minutes’ walk...

The staff were all friendly and worked very hard in difficult circumstances, since there were not enough of them on the Friday evening. The location is good and if we had been upstairs the views would have been lovely. The bed and bedding were excellent.
Food for dinner was OK but not marvelllous for four of us, but two of our party were very disappointed. Service was the slowest ever - not surprising, when one young woman was doing everything. Our bill was wrong in the morning but they remedied this when I emailed them.
The view from my window. The room was comfortable and clean and nicely appointed, but I do have a couple of negative points to make (see below).
The steps into the bathroom were dangerous with no handrail to assist my descent. A lack of tissues – only two small tissues remained in the small box in my room. False economy to have such small plates – I became more annoyed with every dish I ate trying to keep the food on the plate – and not in a clumsy pile. Additional staff would have lessened waiting time for meals to arrive. My main course did not arrive until almost an hour after ordering. The young lady in charge of the dining room was clearly overpowered by the demands o her time and in the circumstances did a remarkable job for which I rewarded her. But I wouldn't have rewarded the hotel management for the way the restaurant was run. Get bigger plates, not for more food, but for more easy eating!!!
Very uncomfortable beds
carvery was nice
was told the only double room was in the annexe, did not say this when we booked up
Value for money.
No WiFi-always buffering so gave up.
£10 might seem a lot for breakfast, but you do get good value in quality and quantity.
Staff very pleasant, food good value, fair choice for Veggies. Delightful area so close to sea.
Aces to wifi didn't work for my iPad even with booster in every room.Realise that it is in the process of slow upgrading. Shower difficult to get temperature of water right, very old shower surrounded by curtain not cubicle
Booked a 3 night stay - 10 min wait to sign in on arrival. - I had to pay for the first nights stay before I was shown to my room... Very suspicious! - Hotel & room temperature too hot... Not health & unhygienic. - Carpet never vacuumed during my four day stay. - Carpet not vacuumed under beds before my stay... Other peoples dirt & rubbish under there. - Lots of stain marks on the carpet. - Windows not sealed, curtains move on windy nights. - Toilet waste pipe leaking, strong faeces smell after flushing, also lots of faeces stains on the vinyl flooring behind the toilet. - Mould clearly visible around a bath that is not full size, it's more like a shower seat with foot wash. - Basin taps very old & corroded where water comes out. - Towels not changed daily, towel changed on my third day with towel with lots of yellow stains on it. - Beds not made properly each day, flat sheet not touched or replaced with clean one. - Very noisey commercial ventilation system right outside my room window, which comes on at 7am & turns of at about 10.30pm. - Shower head not useable unless you use one hand to hold it in place, whilst having a "shower" - Stained tea spoons are replaced each day with more stained tea spoons. I couldn't bring myself order any food from the restaurant or room service, due to the lack of cleanliness & hygiene of my room. I have a large amount of photos that I have taken of room number 8, during my unhappy stay, unfortunately 'Booking.com' wouldn't let me provide a link to 'Dropbox' to show them to you. Needless to say, I will never return to this "hotel" / hostel again.
we enjoyed Cooked Breakfast also Carvery in the evening.
room was very warm but we could turn radiator down.No walk in shower.
Liked food and personel
the room and bed. Room was too warm, even with window open and radiator incapable of being shut off. TV system had a bright blue light on box in ceiling, worse thn a childs night light
Nice location and rooms
Hotel is in a perfect location across the road from the sand dunes and beech, and with select rooms overlooking the dunes and the water to Wales. Quaint hotel with friendly staff, the hotel is in need of a good facelift. Room was clean and tidy with an excellent view across the bay to Wales. Breakfast was excellent as was our evening Carvery meal. Will visit again. :-)
Pleasant, clean and comfortable, loved the carvery!
Quality of food. Friendliness of staff
Hotel needed a certain amount of Refurbishment
We Had thr Bridal Suite.. not booked but most welcome..! Ps can you next time asking for score reviews.. display in English I then won "t have to guess what you are asking for !!
Really comfortable bed Lovely location Peace and quite
Excellent service, friendly staff, brilliant food.
Excellent room. Parking facility
Bed lamps didn't work. No staff to welcome at reception.you got to dial a number to catch attention.felt a little weird at that.
The hotel was warm clean and comfortable with lovely views from the bridal suite room and the carvery and pudding were excellent
The wifi was non existent. Outside the window of the bridal suite room is an old rusty hanging sign which creaked all night in the wind. It wouldn't take long to remove and would make a big difference. Outside was slightly grubby and needs a tidy up. But all in all an excellent stay with great friendly staff
Attended a wedding in the hotel, staff super able to have room early which was great, super weekend all round thank you
there was a lot of noise the frist night with doors banging from about 11pm-2pm this noise was comeing from down stairs
large bedroom and bathroom , with tea making and toiletries, excellent real ale in the bar excellent foot from the restaurant plus breakfast is fantastic, brilliant sea view from bedroom, would recommend this hotel and happily stay there again
while the bedrooms are comfortable, they clearly need updating, bad location for wifi and mobile phones
Quality, quantity, price and range of food. (best porridge ever!) Warm accommodation in very cold weather.
Tempramental shower. Fixtures and fittings ready for upgrade but condition reflected in price- would still stay here again.
Most comfortable bed ever slept in , in room 6 and certainly be buying a forgery 13.5 tog duvet king size
Really enjoyed our stay for the night get some us time , was a little disappointed with the drilling taking place later than expected , it was out of season and we did do it on a voucher , that's the only reason we never made a complaint to be fair
