Convenient and comfortable

The lock on my door did not work. It was a single, room 347, near the lift and stairs. I reported it to reception but no action was taken.

Very friendly-helpful staff, easy to reach, clean-comfortable room.

A comfortable bed, the option to open windows, & turn radiators on or off. Great to have a kettle & hair dryer.

A fixed shower head, which means you cannot E.G. wash your hair without having a shower at the same time. No availability of smoking rooms.

Surprising find as appears to be business school and conference centre, but very good hotel. Enjoyed stay, easy to find and good breakfast. Oh, and free wifi.

Long walk to my bedroom

The staff were really helpful and pleasant Really good electronic swipe keys.

That it was a campus building and essentially the rooms were dormatories with old cupboards old bathrooms no celing lights old radiators in the rooms drafty windows

The staff were great with us and made us feel comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was central. The exam I was attending was in that hotel and it was not too big or find my way round. Useful luggage room to put things in as I had to wait around for some hours. I had put in specific requirements on booking for where I wanted to be placed and all of these were met.

Fresh, clean, modern and well designed. Helpful and cheerful staff.

Slightly too far from icc Birmingham!

Efficient Staff. Rooms (we hired 2) were exceptionally clean and there were no smells Breakfasts were very good. Bar staff efficient and pleasant Taxis were readily available when ever we wanted one Immediate surroundings were not threatening - appeared and felt safe

A very long walk to my room - only one room was further 2-300 metres.

Hotel was wonderful but the checkout time would've e reason why I wou,don't stay ere again. 9.30 is far to early for anyone to get up.. It's le been at work. And a £15 excess fee to check put late when clearly the hotel was practically empty could have been given for free. Also the champagne glasses I asked for wasn't placed in my room and when I asked for them I was told I would have to wait till the bar was open. But in all nice room bed was hard and for a 4 star would expect feathered pillows

Location is ideal for a city trip. The hotel had excellent facilities, helpful staff and was very good value for money.
