Staff generally friendly Got a parking ticket (£100) due to a small mistake on the permit. Would not return, would not dare use it for a conference in case my clients got upset! Some other niggles like internet access not straight forward.

Great location, clean and comfortable. I stayed in one of the single classic rooms on the 5th floor. I could clearly hear all the conversations from the room next door to me. That kept me awake until two in the morning! Then I changed my room and stayed in one of the superior rooms on the 1st floor. What a difference! Much better. I had very pleasant experience for 4 days. No problem what so ever!

A pleasant environment. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with attractive decor and good facilities. The bed was comfortable, so I was able to have a good night's sleep. I usually carry quite a lot of luggage and the car park was at a distance from the hotel; however, it was well-lit and felt safe.

Rooms were clean and was able to work in the lobbey I booked for my colleague and myself and both booked the mid-range rooms rather than the very basic rooms after looking at the photos. Upon arrival I was very disappointed to find that my room looked nothing like the mid-range room advertised in the pictures on both booking.com and the Aston Conference hotel site. I assumed that like so many things these days, you don't get what you pay for so just got on with it. However, when checking out, I looked into my colleagues room to find that it was significantly superior to mine and looked like how I expected from the photos online. I would like to know why they were so different.

Great value for money, £69 including a fully cooked breakfast. Room was very good double bed and TV. Excellent location near to station and course venue, would definitely stay again if I was in the area. There were a couple of bogies on the wall in my room.

The friendly staff and very relaxing atmosphere. A place that allows you to do business and chill out. The time it takes to bring out food. I have waited almosty 2 hours for bar food. This is simply not acceptable. It is a frequent event to wait more than an hour. This needs to change! It's bot right to wait this long for bar food.

Location, price was ok, food price was ok. Breakfast was good, reasonable range and didn't taste cheap and fatty. Felt a bit sterile, bar staff seemed confused about orders. Room was basically like student digs with a flat screen. Webiste said parking available but it wasnt.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful which means a lot when travelling on my own All of the food was lovely. It was nice to see alternatives to drink in the room other than tea or coffee The bathroom was very small and the floor was not that clean in the corners The signage for the car park was not that great.
