simples! EVERYTHING THANKS
Unbeatable value Walking distance of City Centre Good standard spacious bedroom with all mod cons Free Wi fi
Not a wide selection at breakfast but hey the price we paid for the night was unbeatable value. Don't be put off that the "hotel" is located within the campus. If you want a quiet night at a very reasonable rate, then consider this place.
Close to Aston Clean Good price
Hard to find your way around Breakfast finished too early Check out was not late enough
Every thing is value of money
Pleasant friendly staff.
Noisy Air conditioning through the vent was on through out the night and kept waking me up. My dietary requirements were not passed through to the business centre so my lunch was not sufficiently catered for. As I am a Vegetarian and on Warfarin so cannot eat foods containing Vitamin K, this was quite significant.
Very clean and comfortable. Room a good size with desk and wardrobe. Nice decor. Clean ensure. Great buffet breakfast.
Slightly difficult to find in the uni campus.
Accommodating Staff. Nicely appointed room. Staff worked hard to correct some minor errors.
Car parking too far from hotel. Restaurant closed dead on 9pm.
Excellent location , extremely friendly and welcoming staff , exvellent breakfast
Slightly over priced for quality of room , bathroom could be cleaner , more pillows and towels should be provided
Fine place for a conference. Basic rooms with everything you need. Good coffee/tea making facilities.
Location was well placed for the centre of town but also quiet at night. Generally a good modern standard of room. Breakfast good.
Times of the swimming/gym meant that we could not go (Saturday AM times open far too late).
Value for money! First class. Not the Four Seasons but excellent value for money. For £50 I could not find fault.
Room was clean and bed comfortable, but not quite what one would expect from a 4 star.
Food in this uni-type bar was good. Food at breakfast was very good but spoilt because the cooked food was only just warm.
Location, price, facilities, shower
Bed was a little uncomfortable (springs could be felt) Wi-fi was only accessed by one of us...could not be picked up by 2nd phone.
The hotel was s lovely and clean and comfy
The bar is not open in between dinner services no where even to buy a coffee which is Unheard of
What a lovely hotel staff brilliant when asking for extra safe area at night short distant to shops best breakfast we bad the best day and night for my wifes 40th birthday i would rate this as the best time in all of my years going away thanks would go back again and again
Front desk, restaurant and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities are modern and clean.
The rooms are a bit too warm and if you sleep with the windows open you will be kept awake by the extractor fans above the kitchen and possibly by other guests using the inner courtyard until 2.30am... Also the clanking of the central heating pipes starts from 5am; other than that excellent!
The accomodation included a seperate lounge and dressing / study area and was brilliant. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel. Plus it was fantastic value for money
Nothing at all
Great location, walking distance to city centre Nice modern building Rooms different to ordinary bland hotel rooms Friendly staff
Corridors very narrow Bed wasn't very comfortable Only two pillows with no spares, for two people. Rooms somewhat small and lighting not bright enough in the bedroom. Staff, whilst friendly, resemble security guards over receptionists in regards to their uniform and lacked a level of professionalism usually seen at hotels. Lift was incredibly slow. Breakfast facilities whilst clean were not very diverse and tasted bland.
Great location, very clean and quiet.
The location of the hotel. The choice of breakfast. That you had access to pool/gym etc. Hotel in general was very spacious, clean and modern.
Could hear the people in the room next to us talking (all night).
clean room modern bathroom excellent facilities Great breakfast close to the city center. Would recommend to any one visiting B,ham Great value for money. Last week I paid £66 for a sub- standard hotel in Manchester.
Nothing negative, maybe the car parking should be free considering how much campus space there is around the hotel.
It was good
Lovely place, friendly staff, modern and clean, would stay here again with great pleasure
I had great difficulties finding the hotel and staff had to help me to get there
Staff seemed to genuinely care that guests were well cared-for. Dealt with a small booking mix-up speedily, efficiently and pleasantly. Quiet room, good lift.
Was not made clear that Hotel was inside the Business School, making it difficult to find. Information on which car park to use and how to reach it would have been useful.
Nothing except spacious bath room
Not good quality mattress, horrible internet wi-fi was disconnecting every minute, sluggish speed, difficult to find the location
