Exactly as described, clean room, kitchen facilities in the building, wi fi and modern bathroom facilities. Warm and comfortable with a decent shower too. At that price you could not ask for more! Would recomend having a desk or dressing table and a mirror in the room (2) instead of a wall unit!

I suppose you can't expect much more for £30 per night but this was really a very poor experience. On arrival I was asked to wait in a tiny porch while the front door was shut in my face and someone eventually came to let me into my room. The room was large and clean, but the furniture was of poor quallity (broken drawer handles, etc.) and there were no tea/coffee facilities. There was a shared communal kitchen but it was not made clear to me what if any of the items in the cupboards were available for general use, and there was no milk in the fridge. Breakfast was not available, and on asking where I could go I was told there was a Tesco supermarket up the road. (In fact I found an excellent cafe where I went for breakfast: why could they not tell me about this?) On arrival I was told 'cash on arrival' but they could not give me a receipt so agreed to take my money the next morning. To do so I had to go across a busy main road to the other building and was shown into a front room which was a tip, all kinds off stuff lying around, while a guy took my money and wrote out a receipt. The piece de resistance was on the last morning I got up and there was no hot water, so no shower and I had to take the kettle from the kitchen and boil it in my room for a shave because there was no electricity in the kitchen. Terrible place, I would not go back if you paid me.

If you want to rest this is is not the best place to do it!!! Beds are like the worse quality you can ever have. Shower is poor of pressure and floor is just disgusting, really looks like they hardly clean!!!! Oh also the little guy who live in the basement is the most unwellcoming, ungry, person in the whole uk, the house lituraturely stings, don't trust what you see in pictures.

Excellent Value For Money, Free WiFi throughout. Kitchen facilities fantastic a real help. Rooms are done to quite a high standard, didn't expect it to be honest considering the price. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!! Keep it up...
