Good value for money, clean place to stay
Lots of lights not working TV was poor
So clean and had all you needed in a room thanku
If you're looking for budget accommodation, no frills but all the essentials, then this is the place for you. Staff at check in are pleasant and courteous, room has all the basics and even found there were kitchen facilities. Well worth the money.
Only slight (and to be fair it is very slight) drawback is the parking. Enough spaces available at the rear car park but no dropped kerb (although it is a low kerb) for access.
Wifi, tv, nice washrooms, fridge, microwave, polite staff
Would have liked a face cloth to use in the shower. There was hair on the sheets and when I complained and asked for a change of sheets or change of room, they just brushed the hair onto the floor. No one was there to help carry my bags up the stairs.
I have stayed here several times and will continue to use them as my first choice. It is usually clean pleasant and close to the town centre. Also good value
Don't like having to repark the car or walk 20 houses down to collect the key and return the key. This is the first time that I saw that the bathroom was not as clean as it usually is
Cheap Clean Quiet
Needed to check in at No.156, Park at no.114 and walk to No 84 (Contractors Hotel). Actually a room to let rather than a hotel The area is very seedy
If you set your expectations on what you are going to receive for the cost, then you won't be disappointed. Value for money.
If you had unreasonable expectations and thought that for the cost you would get luxury, it would be a disappointment
Very competitive price
very cheap, clean, comfortable
parking was not provided although stated in the ad, staff asked for a deposit on top of the rent, room was in a house far from main building
Room was clean and tidy and good value for money. Close to town centre. would stay there again and would definately recommend to friends. Would have been good though to have extra hand towels as only bath towels were available. But in general we had good night sleep.
In need of work
The bathroom was flooding when we took a shower because there was no barrier to water and not even a drain outside the shower! The kitchen was a joke, we were 3 and there was only ONE glass and one teaspoon. Big shame!
It was cheap n cheerful
Needed a proper drive way
The stuff was really friendly and our accommodation was really enjoyable. Also they gave us plenty information when we needed them.
Our bed condition was not the best you can find.
Had to repark the car as it was 20 doors away from reception. Car parking is free but very tight
It was very near the main attractions such as West Wycombe Park. High Wycombe Museum. Hughenden Manor. Was.easy to get to the station too. Very good.for retail shopping.going to the movies at Cineworld and Eden Shopping centre. And was very close by to where my friend live so went round to visit . Would definitely come here again :-)
N/A I tried to see if I could get to Milton Keynes or Birmingham from where I was saying but realised it was too far out. I would have to get the train from High Wycombe and take a train to get there. Would take too long to get to if it was just for a daytrip .
Is cheap and ok!!
Rooms or modern and real good value for money nice staff
Parking is on waste land no lights or cameras and a bit of a walk to the room
Spotless. Home comforts such as fridge and microwave in room, full kitchen to use including washing machine within building!
got a different name now called Buckingham so difficult to find firstly. Bed linen didn't fit, bottom sheet didn't tuck in. Bathroom awful shower water spilled all over the floor, water not hot. Promised parking and when we came back after evening out car park full.
Cheap. Shower and toilet - en-suite. Good to sleep over a night for a contractor.
Sink - excruciatingly small: you need to be a sniper to spit out if you're rinsing your mouth/brushing teeth and even to wash your face. England's terribly hard/earthy water >> the electric kettle provided was all covered in lime... I didn't even waste my time to dig it out :/ Wifi has password but noone at the reception (which is in another building about 10 mins walk) bothered to tell it to me upon check-in. Pub across the road - very noisy (I checked-in on Friday night).
Nothing the place is stinking and dreadfull
The rooms are dirty We also booked an apartment that sleeps 4 they just cram beds into rooms then call this an apartments
