Friendly staff, clean room, lovely breakfast.
Lovely tasty breakfast
Pretty much everything - particularly the breakfast.
Room spacious and clean, breakfast fantastic, friendly host. Would go back again.
cleanliness outdtanding room.
lovely decor, tea and cakes in the afternoon, breakfasts to die for - perfect.
THe food, the decor, the bedroom, the people (who were very friendly and helpful). This was our second visit
It's a bit far from the centre of Whitby if walking.
Service and hospitality were excellent, all facilities you may need. Hosts were probably the best we've come across in a long time. The breakfast was of very high quality and absolutely delicious.
Nothing to dislike
We were well looked after, the accommodation was great, the food was very good n very well presented, great book n video section, plus travel books etc, everything we need was on at hand, loved the tea facicities in our room, June n Alan Ainsworth, Bolton. Lancs xx
Hugh breakfast and a lovely add touch afternoon tea which is included in the price. The bed was very comfortable and although situated on a main road the room was very quiet.
It would be lovely if the curtains had blackout lining.
The breakfast was amazing! And Lisa was a fab hostess. A lovely place to stay, would recommend it and would stay again.
Nothing at all....
Very clean. Very friendly Excellent Breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee/cake On next stay in Whitby will book here again if rooms available. 10 out of 10 for us
We really enjoyed our stay. The owners made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to guide us in regards to things to see and do in the area. Definitely reccommend and we will definitely be staying again.
Room was a very good size as many family rooms are quite tiny to pack in four beds. Lisa and Nigel were very welcoming and lovely. Mid-day cake and coffee was an excellent idea.
Extremely clean, very comfortable, exceptional hosts, great location
Very friendly and welcoming
Everything from arriving was just wonderful. Lovely rooms, fantastic food, wonderful hospitality and an excellent location for a B&B.
Wonderful stay. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfasts and very welcome afternoon tea and cake. Very friendly place
Nothing. Everything was good
Extremely clean, large and well decorated room. Lovely friendly welcome. Good range of well presented and hot food at breakfast.
Not hotels fault but parking may be a bit difficult at busy times
Nothing not to like. Very clean, good food and very pleasant hostess.
The room and shower were very good. The breakfasts were delicious and there was choice of what to eat. Very welcoming and efficient hostess. Opposite park and easy to walk to town centre.
House is located on road leading into town. Noise from traffic kept me awake. Too warm to close the window.
Everything! Really nice owner who couldn't do enough for us. Plus the free tea/coffee and cake was worth it in itself!
I loved the whole feel of the place, it's beautifully decorated and really appropriate for the age of the house. Although I didn't watch any dvds whilst staying here there were tons to choose from and very upto date too, a fantastic selection for children and adults. Our room was entirely spotless and again retained it's period feel whilst still being modern and overlooked Pannett Park. Lisa was a wonderful host and made my whole family very welcome and comfortable. We hope to stay there again next year as my little girl especially loved it.
I can't find any fault or anything I didn't like about Cooks Quarters.
We loved every minute of our stay. The location, the room , the breakfast and afternoon tea and cake can all only be described as perfect.
The hospitality was faultless, afternoon tea cakes amazing and had to eat even if not hungry. The room was spotless and spacious, by far the largest we have had. A Cooked breakfast where we could order any combination of foods. A opposite a lovely park. Double glazed windows meant no noise so great sleep. Comfy beds.
Would have liked some fresh fruit for breakfast or yogurt. Perhaps if I asked Lisa would have provided.
