Good size room with all the facilities that could be required. Comfortable bed, TV, Tea and Coffee, Iron and 'fridge. Jenny was welcoming and friendly offering a personal touch to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Lovely cooked breakfast by the way!
Up stairs to "en-suite" (but very well equipped clean and modern) bathroom.
Felt like we were staying with friends. Jenny couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfasts
We had a lovely spacious room, modern bathroom and shower, comfy bed and were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was plentiful and two good pubs in walking distance for evening meals.
The mini fridge in the room is a nice touch, but we found it rather noisy. Not a problem tho, we just turned it off over night.
spacious rooms fabulous host fantqstic breakfast
Everything. Jenny was most welcoming. Facilities excellent. better than any hotel.
Owners, breakfast and facilities all excellent.
Outwardly does not appear to be a B&B and thus hard to find.
The hostess was friendly and helpful. We learned a lot about the area from her. She helped us find the best roads to take and told us beautiful places in the area. The room was large.
Our GPS took us on almost impossible roads to the B&B. There was a much better road we could have taken just one mile the other way.
Friendly and helpful host. Large and comfortable bedrooms. Very clean. Perfect for touring along SWCP
Early morning wake up calls by neighboring cockerels not associated with B&B!
Friendly proprietor Recent conversion to B&B accommodation means everything's in good condition Quiet picturesque rural location
Stairs to bathroom in en-suite room may be inconvenient for those of restricted mobility; this may not apply to other rooms.
Local village pub.Excellent food. Host made us very welcome.
bathroom facilities up a steep flight of stairs.
The hospitality of the hostess. Very nice bed Spacious bedroom Very good breakfast Within walking distance from nice pub
The en-suite bathroom was on the upper storey.

Having to leave
Location, view from room, friendliness of the owner, spacious room.
There was nothing to dislike.
Great location near Lyme Regis and Beer. Jenny was very welcoming and breakfast was brilliant. There was a big spread of food considering there was only 2 of us eating! The room was big and the bathroom excellent so we have no complaints. We loved our countryside visit and walk to the local pub in the evening for an excellent dinner. Would definitely recommend this if you want a nice place to stay, close to scenic towns, which is a lot more reasonably priced than the hotels in Lyme Regis. Thanks Jenny, we had a great stay.
Very clean, large room with a big comfy bed and lots of space. Good, quiet location just around the corner from sea! Lovely view of the local sheep! Beautiful garden and parking off road. Amazing breakfast and very friendly host!! We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay- will definately stay again!
There's nothing I didn't like about this stay!
Jenny was a brilliant host, breakfast was great and the room was spacious with everything you need example hair dryer, straighteners, fresh milk in a fridge, fruit and more.
Nothing to dislike
Jenny is an excellent hostess even shared her beautiful garden with us. We felt like visiting friends rather than strangers. Best comfy bed we have encountered on our many stays. Would recommend to anyone.
May be ideal for the young and fit elderly. Fortunately our case was carried for us up the steep stairs. The main bedroom en suite would have been up even steeper stairs if other room had been in use. Loved the sheep across the road. Great breakfast and lovely rear garden with friendly dogs
Steep stairs and steeper ensuite stairs for lovely main bedroom.Confusing address
We had a warm welcome, Jenny is a wonderful guest, beakfast was fabulous, the room was spacious and lovely decorated ; it is located in a charming little village :e recommend and will most certainly come back

Great location, compfortable room and gorgeous gardens. Nice to have a lovely home-cooked breakfast too and chat with the friendly host. Will definitely come back if we can!
