Magical location by the golf course. Nice view from clubhouse restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. It was a shame I don't golf.

Great location right by the stop for bus 8 which goes directly to and from the bus station. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well. My room was quiet though my window did face the neighboring building so maybe you'll have a different experience if your window faces the parking lot or road. My room was very small, but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee was provided in the room. I didn't have breakfast with them so I cannot speak to that. All the staff were wonderful. They also let me store my bags before check in and after check out.

Everything was just lovely. We've had food in this pub before but this was our first overnight stay. Our room was very comfortable and with plenty of space. The only tiny issue was was that the bathroom was a bit cold as there was no radiator but the shower was nice and hot so not that big an issue I guess ! I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely people. Sam and his wife were extremely welcoming. The food was absolutely excellent. We had a lovely room and ensuite bathroom, all spanking new, well-equipped and providing high end drinks and snacks.

It's very convenient for the airport, staff were great, the room let it down, as it hadn't been cleaned properly, Kettle wasn't working & no lighting outside, so couldn't go & inform staff of these problems... we slept & left.

The rooms were very small. No room for even a bedside light.
The rooms were very small. No room for even a bedside light. No connection to the internet in our room. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No evidence of sound proofing and the bread was broken and VERY uncomfortable. Doubt if the stairway meets fire regulations. Poor value for money even at the prices they charge. Only positive - it was possible to walk to Bristol airport.

The pick up at 3am from the airport was prompt and very welcome. But, we recieved no help with our cases and given very little info by the staff member about the room. The room was accessed by going up a steep narrow staircase which was tricky with heavy cases. The toilet was dirty and my son found a bottle cap in his bed! In the morning we found out the staff don't work until the afternoon. Breakfast was a box of cereal and milk. No other option. Proximity to airport was perfect though.

We didn't enjoy our stay with you unfortunately.
We didn't enjoy our stay with you unfortunately. We stopped in lodge number 1 when we arrived and entered the lodge it was a mess, the carpets weren't hoovered, there were spiders and cobwebs in the rooms but there were 4 in one room (en suit bedroom) dust everywhere, cob webs on the vents and the lodge stank.
Also in the room with the en suite the main light did not work the lamps had no bulbs in we had no hot water and the bath rooms there was hair dye on the floor in one and no toilet paper in the other and also mould in the shower.
Alot of the furniture was either broken or ripped and covered in stains, we were also given no information by the check in staff we were given more information when we checked out then when we arrived.
For what we paid we are pretty disappointed

Room cramped and lacking in some facilities.
Television not in best place for easy viewing when in bed, or sitting in a chair - there wasn't a chair to sit in. Expensive fir what was offered.

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.
However I hardly slept because of the heavy traffic on the A38 and the outside lights.
Were I to stay again I would specify a room at the back!

Decent accommodation, very good value, very close to the airport. Bed and breakfast is stretching the definition a little bit - breakfast is some mini boxes of cereal in the room. But if you need to be up to catch and early flight then it's quite nice to eat in the room. Unlike many more expensive hotels, there's actually sockets by the bed so I could charge my phone. This is budget accommodation and it works for what it is, I was happy enough.
Close to the airport, easy check in and check out. Good sized room and bathroom with large beds. Fridge with milk and cereal available in the room. We stayed over the night before a flight. £100 for the night for 4 instead of a quoted £374 for 1 room for a night at the airport hotel. Perfectly adequate and would use again.
Just what was needed for a one night stay near the airport. Even though we arrived late we only waited a couple of minutes for the transfer to the Forge hotel. Tea and coffee provided in the room so great to have a cuppa when we arrived. Also the bed was very comfortable
Quite a basic room but that was as expected and perfect for our needs - clean room, newly installed heaters, Great location really close to airport for early flight, transfer provided by hotel was really Easy and the staff were really nice and friendly
The beds are comfortable I hardly sleep well in hotels due to cheap mattresses. All of us slept well. Great communication with the workers had 1 loud young couple 1 night & had a choice to move rooms
The hotel is very close to the airport, a 10-15 minute walk to it. Since our flight was at 8 o'clock in the morning, it was convenient for us. Thank you for the hospitality, coffee/tea/biscuits.
