The only good thing about this hotel was that it was close to restaurants and close to men arena The room was not welcoming, the bed was broke the shower had black mould all over it, the bathroom floor tiles were cracked, the toilet seat was broke and the curtains were dirty and ripped, we were ther 2 nights + our bins were not emptied. It was a horrible room.

Fantastic location, near city centre and ten mins walk to print works/MEN Arena. Breakfast - it was a small croissant, nutrigrain bar, pineapple pot and carton of orange juice that was already in the room when we got there. We stayed two nights and the day after they handed our breakfast for the next day to us in a tesco carrier bag! Not quite what I was expecting when it said 'breakfast included' but never mind! Good price for location but bear in mind you get what you pay for and it is a cheap hotel!!!!

It is now known as the Hotel Inn and has had a revamp and is pretty much the same except cleaned up and painted. The staff are friendly and helpful and you can come and go as you please. You are provided with tea/coffee/milk and cereal bars, biscuits and croissants for breakfast - these are put into your room each day. The location is excellent and only 10 minutes into the city centre. The smell of other peoples smoke may put some people off, but it isn't always present and can be looked over.

This is my second visit to this hotel. It has recently changed it's name to Hotel Inn. The location is excellent and is only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The staff are generally helpful and friendly and the rooms are in a decent condition and have recently had a paint and clean up since the name change. The staff do not interfere during your stay apart from to put fresh tea/coffee/ juice on your table and empty your bin & you can come & go as you please. The hotels smoking policy can be a bit off putting. I could often smell other peoples smoke coming in under my door. But if you are a smoker it shouldn't bother you too much. If you are a non smoker and only want somewhere to throw your bags down while you go out and come back at night to sleep then it should be fine too.

I did not know what to expect, because reviews were poor, but the place was exactly what I was looking for.The bedding ,towels and pillows were all clean and the staff were pleasant and curteous.Although the carpet in the room could have been doing with a clean, the room itself was fine. The hotel was only a ten minute walk from M.E.N. Arena and also the printworks centre, which was the main reason why I booked it.The price of the hotel was very cheap, compared to other establishments.Overall,my stay at the hotel was pleasant, and if I had to visit Manchester again,i would consider booking this place.

Dirty everywhere, the room´s carpet was disgusting, smelly and dirty in the stairs. Though the booking said breakfast included, the concierge was nowhere to be found for instructions as to where to have breakfast. The hotel does not have a dining room.

Absolutely nothing was good about this hotel, the whole place was disgusting!I'm the kind of person that will stay in budget accommodation hostels etc but this place was far beyond anything I've seen before!none of us took our shoes off throughout the stay the carpets were completely stained the curtains were completely hanging off the rails and as for the bathroom we were in and out of there as quickly as possible!

just the location smelly room, broken door, broken bed, rudeness of staff, he tried to charged the money of hotel room from us just seeing our car passed his hotel to find another carpark, and wanted to give our room to someone else (he thought that we did not want to stay in that room anymore) He didn't even ask any permission from us even he had the mobile number. poor breakfast. dirty towel and when we asked for the new one, he gave us in the next morning by placing on the floor outside the room. The picture shown is not exactly the same with the real room. it's true that it's cheap but did not value for money at all.

This is a budget hotel, which does the job for a night. It is situated very near to the bottom of Deansgate, so the location is great for sightseeing Don't expect 3* luxury, but you will get a warm welcome and if you ask you can usually check out late. Also they allow smoking!!! The bed was extremely comfortable. A bit dingy, and could do with a decorate, but good price for location.
