Good size room, nice pool and spa area Breakfast good Fast wifi
Everything staff were.very accomdating.
Because we are a family of 5 we stayed here & travelled into London from Bracknell by train The family room at the Coppid Beech was excellent for us, lots of space, it is unusual to find a hotel with rooms that sleep 5, this room had a 'divider' between the adult & children's room and had 4 'proper' beds not the usual put me ups. The hotel was spotlessly clean & the staff very helpful Breakfast was good & plentiful
The hotel wasn't very full so the restaurant wasn't open during our stay, a bar menu was available but it wasn't very extensive We chose to eat at a nearby restaurant
staff were considerate and helpful
Attention to detail in the room.
Confusion when booking in.Only 1 room booked when we had booked 3 rooms.Ended up paying more for the rooms? The bar downstairs was shut but was told it would open at 7pm on a Sunday. Wouldn't go back again.Could do with fixing outside lights by reception as there are steps leading down
Ease of parking, easy to find, great location for what I required.
Nothing to dislike, for the cost vs location, it was very good indeed.
Comfortable and clean, modern and quiet. Convenient location for our needs. All very straight forward. certainly use Coppid Beech again. Will take my gym or swim stuff next time! Good value for money.
i thought the hotel was fine and value for money , i would stay their again.
rooms were a little noisy, could hear the next room at 2 am but maybe they were being overly noisy but we only stayed one night. it costs £35 for a mini bus for 5 people to ascot races or £18 in a black cab, so call a black cab !
Wifi was excellent
Was not made aware on arrival that the restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening. Would not have booked this hotel if I had known.
We booked rooms to attend a family funeral. We were upgraded to a suite which enabled the family to sit together in a private lounge area and talk and was a great help and comfort to us. We very much appreciated this kind consideration towards customers.
There were no really min points.
the hotel itself was wonderfull.the actual bedroom and bathroom were excelant (apart from the bathroom plug which needs reviewing. The breakfast was superp as were the staff.
Allthough the actual bedroom was very good I did have great dificulty getting to sleep due to the incessant throb of I believe was a generater. But I would definately recomend this hotel for the value we got
Size of room. Balcony. Powerful shower. WiFi. Room service great. Breakfast good. Staff are professional and friendly.
Room too hot even with air con. Pillows could be better. Could do with more continental selection for breakfast.
The one thing that stood out for me was the staff that were allways attentive to make sure you were happy and you had everything you need.
For such a big complex, was let down by the poor wifi, came down to the restaurant for a bite to eat as had been traveling all day, only to be told that the kitchens were closed. I though @8:45pm the kitchen should of been open as there was plenty of other people there wanting food. So went to bed hungry with no food.
The hotel in itself was good plenty of parking easy access n lovely fish tank feature. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of hot water
I stayed 3 nights had paid £12+ for breakfast each day. The first day it was amazing lovely fresh well done English breakfast and selection of continental. The second day it was pale n looked like it had been out a long time. When eating the sausage was of and left a bitter taste all day. When i informed staff they said"Oh sorry" and took my plate away... I watched but the serving dish want checked. The 3 Rd morning it once again looked poor n stale. .. i opted for cereal. On checkout i was going to raise my issued but want given the opportunity or asked "was everything ok with your stay? "
I was recommended the hotel. Unfortunately I did not get to see/use much of it as I arrived late & left early but the staff I met were very friendly & helpful, the bed was very comfortable. Would visit again.
The restaurant & breakfast - very good
Decor looking dated Wardrobes in particular Hot water coming out of the cold water tap. That just shouldn't happen, particularly as I was thirsty & requiring a cold water drink. Room 221! need sorting.
They had rooms available on the day and I know it had a restaurant and gym.
Restaurant and the weights room closed. At least the room was still available.....
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room Excellent buffet breakfast. Great value for location
Great room Fantastic Ambience and Environment Welcoming Staff
Breakfast was underwhelming
Service, cleanlines and quietness in the room.
The aircon was blowing out cold air even when set at 22 degrees C
Large suite room for a great price. Clean and friendly hotel.
No atmosphere in the restaurant and bar.
We got a very good rate on a suite as a birthday treat, great room, wonderful bathroom. Breakfast was very nice, and the in-room fridge was a nice bonus.
Not a lot of things to do in the vicinity of the hotel, and a temperature control in the room would have been nice, but everything else was good.
The breakfast wasn't the best as we were in the overflow dining room and the food was a bit dried up
Room size good and beds and pillows comfortable
Queue at check in and no porter help
