Park Inn by Radisson Aberdeen is located in the centre of the Granite City. The hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the Grampian Whisky and Castle trail.
Score from 733 reviews Fabulous
Baronial style and awe-inspiring turrets on the outside. Inside: modern bedrooms and a brand new, informal yet elegant restaurant and wine bar.
Score from 461 reviews Good
In Aberdeen’s city centre, this Holiday Inn is just 200 metres from the shops and restaurants of Union Street. Guests can enjoy hot buffet breakfasts and modern rooms with satellite TV.

Score from 493 reviews Very good
Service from the staff was warm and genuine.
Hotel appears tired and ageing - if it wasnt for Aberdeen's oil revenues, it would struggle
Needs a little TLC. Old hotel that needs an upgrade. Expensive for what you get.
good room good food catered for gluten free thanks to jamie snowden food and bar manager.
Breakfast Buffet cold
Location Generous breakfasts
Hotel needs a bit of refurbishment - paintwork etc needing attention
The free wifi was unexpected but a welcomed bonus.
Great location, couple of minutes walk in to the city centre. Room was spacious and nice and clean.
Breakfast, while not too bad, could be improved on.
Some individual staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was well positioned, only a few minutes walk from the main shopping center.
Service at the lunch I was attending was poor - very slow and someone at my table did not get a pudding. Staff were pleasant but on three occasions, they promised to do something but did not come back to us. I also was annoyed when we got our bills. There were five of us, all with very similar rooms, yet everyone of us paid a different amount. I paid almost £25 more than one of my companions.
We received an unwanted alarm call at 6am - we were on holiday and hoped for a lie in :-(
Location Nice staff Large room
Needs renovation Ventilation fan a bit noisy
Very clean room, free parking available in small basement carpark. Nice toiletries in bathroom and staff very nice and helpful. Good location near Union street.
furnishings a little tired, hole in the hall carpet, cracked tiles in bathroom, iron & kettle both worked but had broken tops
Staff Location Breakfast Weekend room rates
Non adjustable shower head fitted to the wall is much too low for someone over six feet, had to crouch down to get my hair wet.
The position was good for my needs
The hotel lacked atmosphere. Signage in the lift was poor. The mini-bar was empty. Instant coffee! I would have expected coffee bags in a 4 star hotel. Small bed. Dated décor in the room (the 80's called and want their curtains back!)
A very nice room. Friendly staff.
Garage under the hotel is too small. Empty bottles left in the corridor over night and into the next day. The lift broke down. Very small window in our room.
Location is great.
I'm unsure as to why this is rated 4 star. Our room really didn't feel like this, paint peeling off wall, round the windows moldy and it just wasn't up to that standard at all.
Courteous, attentive, helpful staff. Comfortable room and beds. Good, substantial breakfast and adequate coffee. Good location: central but quiet.
Bath too small and narrow. Evening meal well below standard with poor over-priced wines. Altogether too expensive for a hotel of this standard - but Aberdeen in general is absurdly expensive.
Good value for money Central location Friendly, helpful staff
No air conditioning Decor a little tired
Staff were all polite and friendly. I requested to change room and they did so quickly and efficiently. Great room service also. Food was lovely and well presented.
Went for meal with six of us and one meal was bad so manager was very very good on that night . And very good reception staff and very nice inside .
When booked room on net .room I saw looked nice but when I got my keys on that night it was not the same also my iPad would not work in room but if I went out of room it was working okay
I liked the size of the bedroom, the staff were helpful and the selection for breakfast was very good. I also liked being able to walk into the city centre.
The car park was tiny, and two cars were taking up two spaces each, staff should be checking this and asking them to park in one space only.
Front desk staff were friendly and polite.
We have travelled many times on over night ferries and by comparison the noise from the ventilation system far exceeded that experienced on ferries. It felt as if we were travelling at sea and the only difference was there was no pitching or rolling and in the morning we were in the same place as we were the previous evening.
Car parking . Food was excellent and very quick to the table fro the order time. Price range for food was fair. Good room excellent size and good warm feeling when you entered the room.
Picked up 4 dirty plates before I got a clean one for breakfast. Wine prices were a bit expensive and the list was a bit thin. Bathroom was in need of a make over as the wood was held together with silicone.
Central location Reasonable rates Confortable, well-sized rooms Free wifi
The very difficult access to the few parking spaces that were available. Rooms on the west side are quite dark due to small windows
Checkin was quick. Always pleased with the Copthorne
