very nice spacious rooms with excellent bathroom facilities the signposting was very poor and even yjough i knew it was near the football stadium it took me 10 mins to find my way into carpark |

Rooms were very nicely decorated, comfortable large bed and generally nice ambience. Loved the TV on the wall and the fact that I could tune into ITV2 to catch up on I'm a Celebrity! I burnt my arm on the radiator next to the bath whilst getting in to have a shower. I did report this to reception and consider there should be a warning to alert customers to avoid repetition. I still have a 2 inch mark on my right arm almost a week later! Had it been a child or elderly person the injury may have been a lot worse |

the hotel was very modern and bed was very comfy check if there is a Sheffield match on as the hotel is nxt door to the stadium.. we did not mind but the police do close the road off for a few hours |

The reception staff were very welcoming and the other staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is well situated for the City Centre being about a 10 minute walk away. Not sure what it would be like on Match Days |

Quality of food, helpful staff ,large rooms, comfortable bed For a 4 star hotel it lacked some basic room essential,S. No safe, no hot towel rail in bathroom ,poor lighting, no coat rail for wet coat.s, limited wardrobe space. |

The room was lovely, spacious and a welcome refuge at the end of a busy working day. Lack of drinks (of any kind) on the room service menu and no bottled water provided in the room. As I was on my own I didn't want to go down to the bar but would have appreciated the chance to have a glass of wine in my room and a bottle of cold water. I appreciate that a minibar is not essential and the prices are always offputting, but I still want the option to have a drink by some means in my room, especially if I am eating in my room. |

Great location for Sheffield Arena; nice room, and gym was way better than expected. Nice room and bed, even had a decent hair dryer. Only minor disappointment was that we waited until after the show for dinner. Food wasn't served after 11, even though the bar/restaurant stayed open; had to order from room service. |

Always have a very good stay here and have done on a dozen occasions. Overall quality is excellent. No major downside - did get told on check-in that no double rooms but queried this and was then immediately upgraded. |

Very friendly staff, hotel in excellent condition throughout, rooms large and well furnished, location is great for Sheffield town centre and easy to find in a car as you simply follow the signs to Bramall Lane. |
