Very nice hotel located at Brammal Lane football ground , not far from the city centre. Free parking available.
Room size, staff, comfyness of the bed
Lovely rooms, food as always is fantastic and the staff very helpful
Breakfast and staff
Shower curtain smelt a little mouldy
Hotel was of good quality.Room very nice and overlooked Sheffield United Football Club. At night this gave a spectacular view from the upper level. Breakfast very good and staff very friendly.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The room was excellent

I liked everything
I did not like it when it was time to go home
A lovely stay at conveniently located hotel, even though it was next to Sheffield united football ground and there was a home match on, stay not spoilt and arrangements to cope with road closures excellent.
Room - design, cleanliness Staff - friendly and helpful Price - good value
Very welcoming reception staff, informative and very helpful. Immaculate bedroom and bathroom.excellent breakfast
No negative comments
Close to town, but not in it. 5 minutes by taxi to the centre. Bar staff very welcoming & helpful as were the reception staff would stay again next time in Sheffield.
We stay here regularly, fab location and staff are always so accommodating.
Can be quite pricey. My only negative is the night manager is rude and abrupt he made us feel very uncomfortable.
Extremely shocked by the prices of the food in the hotel bar, we ordered, a soup, a club sandwich, 2 coffees and a fruit juice and the bill came to £25 which I find extremely expensive for a light lunch. Service was slow, waitress forgot the coffees and we had to ask them to bring them over. Our trip was for a special occasion, did not find the staff overly welcoming nor did anyone ask if we enjoyed our stay.
Bar staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great value for money
Reception staff seemed bored. When asked for a late check out, it seemed as if I was putting the woman out. She then agreed until 1.30 which was fine by myself. However I then got a call at 12.30, asking when I'd be leaving. Also friends of mine were informed that it was only possible if tomorrow's guest didn't arrive, this doesn't make sense. I work in a hotel, at reception and if any of my staff were like this I'd be very disappointed.
Excellent staff, good quality food in the restaurant.
The room was too dark, with only one small window.
Bedroom spacious and well furnished. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Only one bath towel in a twin room. No tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast room rather dull and selection not particularly good.
lovely new hotel...staff on duty very attentive and helpful. The food in the bar area was good and the breakfast good.
I was not impressed with the reservations team after I contacted them with regards to cancelling or even changing the date of this booking due to both my daughter and myself being poorly. Having called and given 36 hours notice the small-print says it has to be 48 hours I came feeling very under the weather and paid a lot of money for a bed for the night, as I was not feeling up to doing much else. Very disappointed in the lack of care or concern or desire to help me with another date, even booking.com asked on my behalf but no joy. Also had to ask for a heater for room it was freezing on arrival.
RECEPTIONISTS VERY ATTENTIVE. COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS & SNACKS VOUCHER GIVEN WHEN CHECKING IN. LOVELY RELAXING ATSMOSPHERE IN BAR AREA
Comfortable room, quiet location (room at rear), spacious.
the lighting arrangement in the room, the bath & shower,,the kettle & daily top up of tea & milkk & coffee too
Bathroom last guest items left
friendly staff - good room
It would have been unbearable had there been a football match, make sure that you warn guests who book if there is one when they stay
