We booked a standard room but for 20 more we could have a better room with jacuzzi. That was nice if it had worked. Yacuzzi worked not and the shank was defect so we could better save the 20 pound. |

The poor quality of the food burger and cold chips with damp onion rings tested the chefs and £12 for the insult,I stayed four nights and did not risk the food again. The leisure pool appeared worn and dirty, the showers smelt of urine and dirty drains, I used it once. |

Just a good room. Sunday, I am single and went hungry!! - I was told I would have to wait 40 minutes before there was a place in the Swan Bar. I considered room service (but had been told it came from the same kitchen and would probably take longer). When I returned for my car (13/11/09) I found it had been moved a great distance away from the hotel (car park 59) and I had to "lug" my heavy luggage to the car. No one brought the car to me at reception. (as prev.) I would have thought an hotel of your reputation would offer at least that service. Then I found I was not given a ticket to get out and had to return to reception. I will not be returning to your hotel and will be cancelling the recommendations I had made to a friend based on previous stays. |

Value of money for the rooms, the convenience of the hotel and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. The spa area was a little tatty but this would not stop me using the hotel again |

A efficient service that enabled me to do business with the minimum of fuss and distraction. The extremely long walk to my room from reception. The very full car park. I had to wait for someone to leave before I could find a single space when I arrived late on the night of 27/10/09. |

It is just down the road from my son's home. Complained about dirty room but was very pleased with the way it was dealt with. It was cleaned and a bowl of fruit was waiting in room for us. It is not the cleanest of hotels - my daughter stayed and there was dust under the bed! |

I was very disappointed with the accomodation. the room was damp, it smelt very musty from the damp and there was a snail stuck to the radiator. The carpet was in a very dirty condition. In addition we were only given one bath towel for a double occupancy room. |

The bed was very comfortable. There was no lift. My husband and I stayed over night as we had an early flight at Gatwick Airport. We had 1 large case each that we found difficult to take up to our room on the first floor. We bumped into another couple who had the same problem. We ended up helping each other just to get down the corridor! |
