- Old hotel - didn't have room service on match days
Restaurant, bar, staffing levels, tatty furniture, dirty carpets. Never a 4 star hotel. All the signs of a business in Administration. Should spend more time on the hotel rather questioaires
good breakfast friendly staff who provided us with something to eat late at night
Couldnt get sky sports on the telly.
walking distance to Old Trafford stadium ,River view room.
you could hear the next room . was woken a few times doe to the noise. could do with investing in some up to date sound proofing.some furniture was quite chipped too .
although the shower looked like it was out the ark , it actually was a brilliant shower . plenty of power .
Everything, the carvery was exceptional, the beef was as good as the red devils
No Wi fi most of the time - poor, slow connection. Tap need up grading to mixer system.
Room and breakfast were good.
Great location for Old Trafford. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room clean and comfortable.
shower a bit outdated but very clean nonetheless
nice and comfy with a great view
Late check in, breakfast was very poor.
Lots of noisy guests slamming doors all night
Location is good for old Trafford. Breakfast is good value
Understaffed! Very tired facilities in the rooms! Booked a double club room but there was only facilities for single occupancy. The restaurant was chaotic. The overall experience was nowhere near worth the £130 that we paid. I would NOT recommend this hotel to any family / friends or colleagues because of the above.
The location was very good. exceptionally under staffed but the staff who were working went above and beyond. The food iteself was excellent, although the restaurant was chaos.
Bed was too hard and corridor from lift to the room smelt of wet dog?
Excellent location for attending old Trafford. Lovely view from bedroom out onto Salford quays
accommadation and breakfast very good
My husband didn't sleep well as arguing couple above us also they didn't have our booking details.
The room was spacious and comfy
chef was a little miserable serving breakfast
value formoney and location
Eating in the restaurant & being served steaks that were were well and truly off, unfit for human consumption. 0/10
For Premier Inn money a proper hotel with decent sized, comfortable rooms albeit the furnishings getting a bit long in the tooth. We had a nice view over the dock. Very close to the tram stop which is only 10 mins to Deansgate.
Shower was poor
Close to tram station & near a cracking kebab shop
Bed was comfortable room and bathroom we're clean staff we're nice checking in
The room carpet was dirty, the shower had no pressure.
Room key did not work on checking in, 3 times had to return to reception. Billing confusion at checkout with morning staff blaming previous shift.
Upgraded to club room but still rooms are dated. Reasonable evening meal and breakfast.
Furniture looked a bit tacky
Great Shower Nice view
Deco, bathrooms now dated.
Location and price. Staff helpful.
