The room was very big and clean, with a huge bathroom. Checking in at 2.00pm was chaotic, taking 45 minutes

The hotel was very well placed for the area we were visiting. Check in was very long as rooms were not available until 2pm and there was approx 40 peolpe trying to book in at the same time with only 1 member of staff actually dealing with them.

The location is close to Old Trafford stadium which was the purpose of our visit. Decor looked tired. Had to queue at reception the night beforehand to get a voucher for breakfast the following morning.

The Bedroom was clean.The staff were very friendly,especially at breakfast. The food at breakfast was very nice & plenty of it. The room we stayed in (243) was a bit drab and needs updateing, but was clean and comfortable.

Ecellent location close to tram line and motorways. Restaurants/bars also nearby, and stones throw from Old Trafford. Trafford Centre 10 minutes drive. We had lovely they over wharf from our bedroom as well. Nothing really, but thought £5 was a little expensive for 24 hour internet access.

Well situated for my purpose, friendly staff, good Parking facilities. Didn't eat so cant comment on food I found shower was awkward to start up, took some effort. Fairly restricted menu for in Room dining No biscuits to go with Tea/Coffee facilities Windows hardly opened, I accept need for safety catches but felt at least one could have opened further

Great Location for Salford Quays outlet shops. Near Tram stops which run excellent service in/out Manchester City Centre. Friendly Staff, Clean rooms. Breakfast area - when blinds are closed is pretty dark and breakfast although ok was not an experience you would wish to linger over, felt as though they wanted to process you through as quickly as possible. However as we were going out each day this did not bother us too much, and we felt the pricing was good value for money.

Extremely close to Man Utd stadium. Good value for money. Hotel clean and comfortable apart for some carpet stains. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Plenty of free parking. Bed super comfortable, no noise disturbance from other guests or from outside.

The room was good, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast also good as were the staff. The noise. Not from traffic or from guests being noisy. The problem was at least in my room I could hear (and feel) numerous doors opening and shaking and every time someone turned on a tap. I don't mean quiet background noise but noise that was loud enough to wake me up with ear plugs on. Didn't sleep well at all. I've stayed in many hotels and expect to hear some noise but this was due to how the place was constructed and the plumbing.

The location was ideal with on site parking. The availability of the Metro into Manchester was a bonus. The Lowry shopping centre is nearby although there isn't a wide variety of shops there. We visited the War Museum and the Lowry Centre. The receptionist was competent but not particularly friendly and welcoming but this was compensated by Sandra who works in the restaurant. She was warm, welcoming and informative. Put her on the front desk please. The reception area is visually unwelcoming.
