Reception staff on arrival and during stay were top notch. Only wish I got the name of one of them so they get the praise they deserve. The new seats added into the rooms are SOOOOOOO comfy you could easily fall to sleep in them too.

Few spots of cleanliness/maintainence in the room spotted but nothing to make you wanna change rooms/hotel

The location to the metro to get into the city in under 10 mins. The breakfast and the staff were great

The charge for the wi-fi of £5 ,which today is ridiculous ,when everyone wants access to the Internet and no air conditioning in your room ,for a 4 star hotel is pretty poor

Waking up in beautiful surroundings in a city! Helpful but not intrusive staff. Worried about being out of town as disabled, but the staff provided a suitable room without being (impressed) and the location was superb to spend time. Also, the bonus of the metro locality which is disabled friendl. My visit was heaven ... thank you. Oh, and a fantastic breakfast selection for both myself and my daughter who is vegetarian!

On inspecting my bill after returning home, I discovered that I had been overcharged on the room rate. This however, was speedily rectified with no arguments involved, after a quick email.

Hotel was clean and comfy, great view over Salford Quays, Was only there for 1 night as seeing a concert so didn't use bar/resurant but look great. Would stary here again no problem!!

We had just paid £119 for a one night stay, and were then asked to pay £10 to leave the car parked as it was a match day !! Rediculous !!

Easy walking distance to Old Trafford is a big plus as we were there for a charity match on 2 June. Standard hotel room although bathroom is dated. Free ample parking.

We requested for a room with a quay side view but got a room on the first floor facing the roof of the car drp-off lobby and the car park. There was not even a mention nor apology for not being able to meet our booking request. No free Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is an extra £5 for a 24 hour period.

It was a really nice Hotel, we stayed there because it was so close to Old Trafford. Lovely staff and great value for money. Also we had a very large room, it was very comfortable.

It was noisy at night time but that we expected that as a Hen party staying in the Hotel.

Everything, the staff were excellent, well organised, rooms are really nice and comfortable like staying in 5star, restaurant was amazing and food was excellent, pleasure staying and will do again with recommendation.

There was constant banging between 6am-11pm from the kitchen below.

Breakfast very expensive went to Frankie and Bennies. Bed uncomfortable. room got hot

Excellent location staff were very helpful and informative of the local attractions and best value options for transport options. Room was exchanged for two singles instead of a double without any problems. Room was very clean and sky options were unexpected. Would recommend this hotel to anyone .

Price was high considering its not really a 4 star quality hotel. Decor in the bedrooms and bathroom is a bit old fashioned now and rooms feature old style TVs.

We were given a room with views over the Marina. It was spacious, clean and had everyting we needed for a one-night stay. We had our 18 year old grandaughter staying in a separate room and the staff went out of their way to make sure her room was adjacent to ours. The location is good and our pricing package was excellent.

One minor niggle at breakfast. Everything is buffet style including tea and coffee which is held in containers. The tea was cold as was some of the food that should have been hot. Plenty of choice but no-one kept an eye on the produce.

Good location for metro link, so easy access to City Center. Not too far from Trafford Centre either. Room was cleaned during our stay. Didn't have breakfast or dinner so can't comment on that area.

Room was very old fashioned including decor, bathroom & the TV. Having stayed at many 4 star hotels, its not 4 star standard more like a 3.
