Comfort and location, close to major shopping centre and cinema and restaurants, and the opportunity to have a swim. Park your car and never move it.

The location was perfect for family and shopping. The hotel was clean and the service was very good. The room was also a nice size. It was a bit dated, very old tv and the seats in the bar needed repair.

My error booking the stay was sorted out in an extremely efficient and courteous way and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was excellent and the suite we stayed in was superb value. If you love shopping and relaxing this is the perfect place to be. Had wonderful back massage in the spa but the position of the treatment room in the spa reception means it is noisy and less relaxing than it would have been otherwise.

We were treated so well by the staff indeed a young waitress called Maryanne when her shift had finished even drove myself & my Mum over to the Merryhill Centre as it was pouring with rain & to save us from getting a taxi - how kind! My Mum & I had the most wonderful stay & Maryanne deserves a bonus !

The location to merryhill shopping centre was fantastic. Rooms a good size. Good value for money as we added another guest to our room for a cost of only £20 b and b for the 2 nights. Veggie sausages avaliable on request for brekkie. Car parking very very poor as there were functions at hotel and residents did not have their own parking area. Restaurent bar menu very expensive for the food we had.

Like the location, excellent for shopping at the merry hill shopping mall which is just down the road from the hotel. Feel that the rooms are a little dated now,and televisions are too small for the size of the room. The beds are lovely and comfortable and the hotel was always warm, which you need in November!

A lovely room, quiet, clean and very well decorated. Attentive restaurant staff. A broken window that kept opening made for a bad night's sleep. Also, the food in the bar grill was poor in flavour and presentation but expensive.

Good location. Nice bar and restaurant areas. Hotel rooms are looking dated and tired. TV's need replaced and updated, windows need maintenance to reduce street noise and drafts.

“On arrival the receptionist was very friendly. Even though I had my booking.com reference paperwork she said not to worry has she had a the details. As we were going to our rooms we encountered other staff they very friendly. The bed was amazing, didn't want to get out of the shower and the whole room was tastefully decorated. I had room service which was delivered promptly and what I ordered was very good. The next evening we dined in the restaurant and again the food was of very high standard. This was the first time I stayed at the Ramada and was very impressed. I met some other friends in the morning who were having breakfast and they were singing the praises of the hotel. Definitely stay again.” Karen, Slough |
