Using the facilities and being close to the centre of town, lots going on nearby Felt that there was too many bar staff on and tables were not being cleared there was alot of nosie generated from them as well. |

We found the view of the river was fantastic and although situated on the Quayside, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and relaxed the hotel was. The are only two very small windows which I found claustraphobic, and the air con was too noisy (and unhealthy) to be left on all night. I feel the hotel and guests would benefit from being given the choice to air rooms naturally. |

The venue as it was my sons wedding /the room and veiw of the river were very nice. When we booked on line we were not directed to the friday night deal of free breakfast and complimentry drink.My family were offerd this deal when they booked at £85 a night . I paid £95 and got no extras. |

The central location and views of the river I would not consider this to be a 4 star hotel. The rooms and leisure area seemed quite shabby and in need of an update. However our main dissapointment was that we made a reservation for dinner which was missed and when we did have dinner the service and food were definately not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. More emphasis is placed on wedding parties etc that people on holiday. |

The hotel was busy with a wedding. The restaurant for guests was in a very small room with a lot of traffic from the very busy staff. |

weddings took over hotel... not looked after in breakfast .. had to wait for table to be prepared .. we had to ask for service.. where as wedding party given priority .. whcih not good as they probably paid less than us.. not good value for monety either |

Good position, close to centre with great views over the river. Room was large. Carpet was worn and did not lie flat on floor. Windows were filthy both inside and out. Breakfast for two at over £30 was hugely expensive. |
