Su ubicacion frente al río Tyne y la vista de los famosos puentes. Tambien la opción de salir a pasear frente al rio. Muy cerca de la estación central de trenes (10 minutos caminando).

Nada que destacar. Está en línea con lo que ofrecen los hoteles del Reino Unido.

Location at Quayside was superb especially river view and handy for city centre

Room was a bit cold, as was bar area. Staff weren't especially friendly and certainly didn't reflect the friendliness of the city at large.

The location is perfect for a City break

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was very good. Staff friendly and helpfull.

We used the gym during the stay but would like a better gym. Prefer hotels when advertising the use of a gym would like it to be more equipped for a full gym experience.

No internet in the bedrooms was ridiculous in this day and age, doing business in the lobby was not good, the raw black pudding and raw sausage at breakfast tim was unnacceptable of which the Duty Manager agreed. This hotel needs a wake up call.

I loved the hotel room, it was clean and had all facilities needed. The view was fantastic and I feel value for money.

Would probably have wanted a few more complimentary drinks, but this is a very minimal request!

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very good and I slept well. Staff were friendly. Public areas were smart and well maintained.

Breakfast was cold, although it was 9.45.

Not unless bedrooms are refurbished and upgraded - but the hotel`s location is great.

Very poor bedroom quality(Connoisseurs)and substandard facilities- eg well worn towels(they were grey!), no hand towels & slippers, old dressing gowns,low grade soaps, perfumery etc and general lack of attention to detail. Hardly up to 4 star status.

We have stayed at thia hotel before and love the location. The pool and sauna is a real treat and the food is always very good.

We stayed in one of the more expensive rooms but no breakfast was included. Come on Copthorne, what would a couple of pieces of toast cost to keep people coming back.
