Jurys Inn Plymouth is on Exeter Street, in the heart of central Plymouth.
Score from 704 reviews Very good
On Plymouth Hoe, The Grosvenor is just half a mile from Plymouth Ferry Port. With free parking and free Wi-Fi, the hotel offers cooked breakfasts and cozy bedrooms.
Score from 915 reviews Excellent
Plymouth’s largest independent hotel, The New Continental, is in a great location in the heart of the city. It has an on-site recreation complex and a brasserie restaurant.
Score from 483 reviews Very good
The centrally located Invicta Hotel has views across Hoe Park towards the sea. It is a Grade II listed (historically designated) Georgian building and newly refurbished to a high standard.
Score from 212 reviews Very good
first, the location is very nice and convenient, either go to university, market, sea front, railway or bus station all are in walking distance. The comfort in hotel and politeness of staff at every level was outstanding.
make the internet or wifi free. This is the only thing which i don't like.
Good location if travelling by train. Good for shops.
Can be noisy at night with revellers talking on the wall outside until the early hours of the morning. Also the traffic on the roundabout is a constant noise.
We always stay in this hotel when visiting Plymouth as the location is good. We like having Sky Sport on TV too.
The hotel is getting a little dated now but generally OK. Breakfast is expensive so we.always eat out.
Room service was excellent and quick
Unfortunately the bed was rather soft and we kept hurting ourselves on the bathroom door handle to the point of bruising
spacious option of bath or shower nice welcome on tv
a bit dated
This is a really well run Hotel with excellent Staff. Like most Central Hotels the Bar Tarriff is quite high but no worse than others of the same type. The food is good valuse for money and the rooms are comfortable
The hotel is a bit tired and needs a revamp. However it is still one of the better hotels in Playmouth.
The hotel is located in the cetee of town. Staff were friendly and courteous.
The hotel decour is a bit dowdy and dated and could do with a refurbishment.
The hotel was centrally located within the city centre. The roon was very clean Comfortable bed
We had breakfast on our first day but it really wasn't great.
Staff were excellent, despite the hotel car park being full the staff at reception arranged for my car to be parked in a car park at no extra cost to myself.
Big rooms. Good quality.
location comfortable bed large room good selection of channels friendly staff efficient check in and out
few marks on wall and sheets
Location is walking distance to city centre
Didnt smell very nice Could of been a lot cleaner And no mini bar facility in bedroom for bottled water
route to underground parking was challenging
Access to all central parts of Plymouth was the main reason for choosing this location.
WiFi connection was so slow that it was useless.
service staff comfort the special offer was fantastic value would do it again if offer became available breakfast was very good bed was very comfortable and room was good size and very quiet
the bedroom was very dated and could do with refurbishment the hair dryer was very poor but no other complaints
Central location, but not in the nicest part of the city.
Room very dated. Breakfast area crowded. Public areas of hotel dated - the place can't have been refurbished in the last 30 years. Felt like a journey back in time, and not in a good way.
Bathroom was not cleaned when we came back second day. Noisy outside. You should get triple glaze. Also need to change mattresses. Their spring gone.
The room is good size. Clean toilet.
Very noise room, can not open the windows, old fridge make lots of noise and I need it to swich off during the night. Didn't like that I need it to pay for the parking space during the day.
Desk staff were so helpful when we arrived and bent over backwards to help us and made us feel so welcome. We would defenetly stay here again
Spacious room. Good buffet breakfast. Close to shopping centre and within walking distance of The Hoe and the Barbican. Secure on site parking (£7.50 per day)
No free wi-fi. We had booked as room only. With booking.com the meal plan for breakfast was an additional £8.95 p.p.but reception wanted to charge us £11.95 p.p.so it was good we could show them a copy of our reservation to show the correct price. We noticed that the Breakfast area became chaotic when it was busy with some guests being shown to uncleared tables. (We were ok as we arrived earlier when it was quieter) There should be a better system in place for breakfast.
Friendly helpful staff.
No independent heating in the room.
The location was a positive. The second room we had was not too bad.
The website depicted all 'Club Rooms' had air-con. They do not. There were no parking spaces due to a function, and we were advised to park in a 'No Parking' area. The decor of the whole hotel was worn and dated. The staff didn't seem to want to be there anymore than we did.
Staff not great. Rooms need some tlc.
Breakfast. Porridge was inedible. Crack in crockery. Juices and other items weren't replenished. Disappointing as we were looking for a nice leisurly breakfast. pre-booked newspaper was not available.
