Every thing !! particularly the breakfast--service & attention to diners needs exemplary; Taxi service excellent.. Will be hoping to o'night at your Gatwick hotel April 20th.
Bathroom: shower old-fashioned,hand op., unstApril able. curtain not wide enough allowing much spillage on floor---fixed screen would be much better; better still would be a separate shower cubicle
nice room Friendly hotel staff.
Asian restaurant staff not interested cold food such a shame avoid room over the underground line.
Breakfast was very good
location to where I had to go
getting drinks in evening a chore and breakfast seemed like a rushed canteen
Location, spacious room, good bathroom facilities
Food at the bar was expensive and only average quality
The staff in the reception areas and restaurant were very pleasant and gave a first class service
There wasn't anything of any significance to dislike
Staff. Cleanliness .
Breakfast lounge: too small and crowded. No fresh tea available. No safe deposit box in the room.
Lovely rooms and meals. Service was good in the bar overall but was too variable. Most deserts unavailable one night and not asked about desert following night so left as service slow.
Lifts were inadequate on Sunday and no option to use stairs.
Location & facilities. Customer services.
There were dirty spots on the bathroom wall and water was slow draining from washbasin. Beds were too hard. The beds were much better in July 2014
The noise of the tube/train woke us up very early! Quite annoying really but everything else is great!
This Hotel was in a perfect location as we were attending a 60th birthday party nearby. As we decided to shop and sight see as well ,with the tube station being nearby it made it even more perfect as a base.Rooms good, staff helpful.
Staff were excellent. Plenty of smiles and seemed eager to help. Breakfast good quality
As we were only on the second floor we tried to use the stairs, to avoid the busy lifts, but this is very difficult, as they are hard to find. Our room was comfortable and clean, but probably nearing the end of its life
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Good breakfasts and a comfortable bar. Conveniently located yards from Kensington High Street underground.
There are 5 lifts but utter chaos when trying to check out at 10 am on Sunday. No option of stairs so waited for over 20 minutes and only two lifts even stopped on 1st floor, each packed full. Frustrating when rushing to catch a train.
Like everything nothing to moan about staff very polite lovely room very clean very friendly bar staff will be staying again next month very central for shops Albert Hall and tube station.
The Food in the Restaurant wasn't bad, and the breakfast buffet as well.
The lighting in the bathroom was poor. The rubber mat in the bath was unhygienic and black, full of bacteria.
Location and comfortable bed
High staffing levels; polite, helpful. Very well organised breakfast buffet and nicely cooked 'full English'. So convenient for bus/tube and the Kensington museums/ Royal Albert Hall.
Nothing to dislike.
Nice lobby, good area.
Last minute change of plans meant booking included buffet breakfast. Big, busy hotel with everything you need for a short stay
Bathroom tired and in need of update
Hotel location is good for visiting museums and Royal Albert Hall. Reception area and staff very welcoming and attentive.
Decoration in room was in need of a makeover.Looking very tired. Not up to the standard of a superior room, which is what we had paid for.
Handy location. Food.
Noisy and busy. Queue to book in and out. Room dowdy and expensive.
Location Staff Welcome on Arrival Warmth Atmosphere Would stay again
Breakfast Coffee No Granola for breakfast
Our club room 1250 was above and opposite the heating equipment of the next door building which made a constant and annoying noise - very dissappointing for a so-called better room. Also for a better room it wasn't particularly large.
