Bar prices were extortionate!
Great location and the room had everything we needed
Paid wifi was really annoying. I've never had to pay for wifi, not even in hostels.
Clean, ro.omy and close to good transport
Just one thing the bath has seen better days but the shower was fine.
The location is great with the tube station being just a few minutes away. It was my birthday and they upgraded me to a club room with bath robe and slippers plus a plate of biscuits. I rang down for more t bags and guest services brought some up immediately and would not take a tip. I would highly recommend this hotel .
Hot water everyday, great location and staff very helpful!
Beds we're very uncomfortable. Car park was a ridiculous amount of money!!!!
We will have to stay here again because we did not get a chance to try the lunchtime meals which sounded excellent. The view from the window was brilliant, absolutely exceptional
rooms need rennovation/poor gym
Staff were very helpful, very clean, comfortable bed ,great location.would recommend it.
Location is perfect, staff very helpful, value for money
Rooms that have rates with booking.com are not from the renovated rooms, they need to renovate them , beds for two are ver small, and not that comfortable,
Very comfortable hotel & staff so helpful & friendly
The room, service, staff, food, location are excellent. excellent
I didn't like having to end my stay.
Location suits us as we enjoy walking in Hyde Park. The hotel is of a good standard and gives us confidence that we will always get value for money.
The room was far too hot. The air conditioning seemed not able to cope. Sunday breakfast was very busy and not a pleasurable experience.
The hotel was very nice with friendly staff and everything was a short walk away
I didn't like the fact there was a £10 sur charge to use the Internet I feel this should be free in all hotels
outstanding staff, very good breakfast, comfortable rooms
Location, size of room & cleanliness. Quiet on upper floors.
Restaurants/food outlets need attention. Choice limited & now very dated. Room safes would be good idea.
The price and location is perfect £102 per night for twins room and breakfast included
The interent is paid
Location, close to the tub station. Breakfast is very good. The room size is good.
Facilities in the room look outdated.
Nothing to like
Illness with 2 of my party required me to cancel the 4 rooms the day before arrival with the need to re-book in February. Appreciate under the term & conditions booked this would not be allowed but was hopeful because one can't foresee illness and we wanted to re-book they may make an exception. The hotel were not the slightest bit interested in our circumstances offering at best a free breakfast and room upgrade. Appalling customer service considering we have used Millennium hotel group frequently in the past.
Great location for getting around London, value for money and friendly staff.
Train line very close so quite noisy. In need of some updating as looking a little tired.
Location, staff, breakfast
Great location easy going atmosphere helpful staff
Parking is a little expensive
Staff were good everything was nice i loved and was comfortable.
the wifi is not for free
Location excellent, quiet area off Kensington High Street, London Tube station quarter of a mile at most, cabs 50 yds., modern, light and clearly popular with wide range of cultures, great reception and door staff, very good breakfast choices. You can eat-in evenings or plenty of restaurants, try "Bill's" just inside South Ken. Tube Station!
Remember this is a 4 Star: Breakfasts could be hotter as serve-yourself, kept in bain maries I think. Quick turn-around foods ok but those less popular tended to be warm only. They clearly have a problem with their room water pressures - we had no wash hand basin cold running water at times, it took two calls - morning and evening - before problem seemed to be resolved, even then the maintenance plumber's English was poor for me to make myself understood. I don't think it was "solved"! Although our rooms were spotless for each of our 4 day stay, my pyjamas were left on a chair on 3 days. Corridors were less spotless - servicing staff only hoovered rooms not corridors it seemed, as a thumb-sized piece of paper was on the floor outside our room for four days! I left it there on day two to see how long it remained! Someone not supervising!
