The staff was friendly and helpfull
The room was very old and not clean. dust everywhere, bathroom ceiling full of mold. Very warm in the room and windows not possible to open, not even a little bit. Poorly soundprooved.
they couldn't provide a city map
Safe parking, good area of London, nice staff, nice rooms.
Location to Olympia
Tired, depressing bedrooms & mouldy bathroom, for the same money I have stayed in better hotel rooms in London
Rooms looked like they hadn't been touched in twenty years...all a bit too tatty for my tastes.
Much noice from tube-line, airconditioner and refridgerator. We were in club-room, but it was not very good. Make sure to get a room not facing the tube. Not good brakfast, long line to get a table, and very poor food.
Service, fitness center, location, and room.
Paying for internet.
Breakfast was awsome, room was a good size
Hotel was not able to supply a second kettle so we could boild baby bottles. Would be nice if hotels could provide infant sterilisers for young babies, I would happily pay extra for this service.
Location was very good and the room was nice and quiet.
The lighting in the bathroom wasn't very good.
Good bed, réception beautiful And pretty persons.
Old bathroom, light on the Wright do'nt put on, breakfast too noisy and too buisy.
poorly run, long queue to check in,the queue for breakfast went into the foyer almost to the front door and the service in the bar was terrible, I queued for just over 40mins. for a drink. Noisey bedroom with the trains and air conditioning not working properly.
Excellent check in & porter staff. Friendly & efficient. Breakfast well organised. Wine good though rather expensive.
Heating in room did not work. No extra pillows in wardrobe. No bottled water. Towel frayed & tear in duvet cover. Could not convert from bath to shower. Room generally tired & in need of re-fit.
Dated furniture, bathroom and rude staff
The location of the hotel is great. 1 minute walk to underground station. 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park and Harrods. The staff are helpful
Clean room, nice location and friendly staff
Room was quite small for the price we paid and bar prices were very high
Comfortable beds, Location, Helpful staff
Lifts were chaos - 5 lifts to service 10 floors - we waited on the first floor for 15 minutes to get a lift at checkout time. Why didn't you use the stairs you might ask - no stairs!! Aircon made room smell damp - turned the aircon off, room was fine
Location was excellent -easy access to parks and tube station. Staff pleasant and informative
Rooms were quite small
Very pleasant check in person. The room, while not luxurious, was more than adequate and overall very good value for money.
like to have atleast a bottle of mineral water complimentary for the club level rooms.
Ceasar salat with chicken: A disaster ,the chicken was tastning of fish/ fishoil and the salad was not fresh.
good location; good breakfast
very noisy room (internal door to neighbouring room); small bed; we (as couple) got a room with two single beds (as for booking.com no double be guaranteed???) and after complaining got a 1.5 person bed
Location (5 mins walk from High Street Ken tube)
Price (very expensive for quality); decor (tired and in need of a refresh); cleanliness (old food left in my room fridge!); ambience (coach tours); general upkeep (smelled of damp in my room)
They gave me a room that stunk of mold and mildew, and the bathroom light had burnt out. Totally different than my longer stay there just earlier in the week, which was lovely.
Reception staff and general cleaniness of the hotel. The public toilets were excellent. Staff at breakfast were working extremely hard under very busy conditions.
Thought my room was getting shabby. Waiting in a large queue for breakfast and the bacon please crisp it off.
