Good location, close to Kensington High Street underground station, lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel clean with good facilities, staff efficient and helpful. Rooms comfortable and quiet, had a good nights sleep. |

This is our third stay and we love the location and the hotel in general .breakfasts pricey if it's not included in your package but that shouldn't put you off .you can get a full English up town for less than a fiver ! Near the museums and Kensington Gardens so great walks and top class free attractions . Ideal for kids . Would readily recommend . |

Fantastic location just off High St Kensington and under 5 minute walk from tube. Lots of good shopping and reataurants within immediate area. Hotel team helpful and pleasant. I would definately go back as we got a brilliant deal from booking.com. Only a little gripe, as I'm a light sleeper.......I heard quite a few trains late at night and early morning. I had a room at the back of the hotel. |

Location, the Asian restaurant is excellent and the doorman was the font of all knowledge, really helpful. Stayed a few times over the last 5 years, getting a bit behind times, needs a refurbishment especially at this price. It's not tatty it just needs things like flat screen digital TV's. There are other hotels that are more up to date in this price range. |

Staff were nice. Close to underground and main road for buses. Asked to move room to another floor after initially receiving a room on the 1st floor, where there was a distinct odour of stale, moldy carpet. 10th floor was better, but hotel is pretty rundown. Original 1st floor rooms are very neglected - did not even have room service menus. |

The hotel is well located just off Kensington High Street. The hotel room felt very dated and could do we an update, I was located at the back of the hotel over a railway track which was quiet noisey. |

Customer service was good. Lobby looking luxurius. Rooms are really old. Unfresh smell. Noises from other rooms can be heard clearly. Air conditioning was quite loud. Not in any case 4 star hotel according to rooms condition. Price too high for this kind of living. I would expect little bit more if hotel has 4 stars and prices this high. In no case recommended place to stay. |
