Week and expensive internet connection

Everyone was very helpful and service minded.

Convenient location and fairly spacious hotel

Club lounge was cold and soulless. Alcoholic drink availability pitched to ensure grew used it. Access to the lounge was therefore pretty worthless.

The whole experience was nice and when you consider the amount of hotels you have to choose from in London this one met all my criteria

The hotel had the feel of a luxury hotel and the staff were first class

Our room felt rather ordinary and needed an upgrade. Not quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel

Wi-Fi too expensive. Every single hotel on our trip in Europe had free internet in common areas and in the rooms. They need to change that asap.

Great location; good food in the hotel restaurant; very clean; friendly staff

The walls were thin and we could hear the people in the next room; our room was located next to the railroad tracks and we could hear the trains passing; the bed was a bit hard.

Housekeeping that tried to come into our room without knocking- thank goodness we had the security chain on. Didn't like the "extras"- having to pay to leave our bags when we are going to spend another 5 nights with them-REALLY budget! Internet cost- would have thought it could be provided for free- most places do!

Very good facilities and reasonably priced hotel compared to other London Hotels.

WIFI was not free

The Chinese restaurant was excellent and the reason we returned following our stay last year. Impressed that our bed clothes were changed after only one night.

Breakfasts were only just acceptable. On Saturday the cooked food was barely warm. On both mornings staff were a little too quick removing our plates/dishes. We had to ask and wait for coffee refills.

easy access to central london with plenty of restaurants and bars,and all modes of transport are easily accesible with taxi rank outside

would thought it to be a good idea to keep all families with young children on same floor then they could understand the importance to keep their children quiet at night and early in the mornings, if not then they can experience what i to put up with from very selfish parents.

The hotel is in a good location. The foyer and bar are quite impressive. The bedrooms although comfortable looked a little dated.Close proximity to the tube station.

The price of the drinks [ stella ] £5.00 a pint. Only other problem was the tube station was closed for engineering works that weekend but obviously the hotel had no control over that.
