Erinomainen sijainti metroaseman lähellä ja bussit kulkivat yhtä läheltä Kensington High Streetiltä. Joitakin pikkuvikoja oli huoneessamme, mutta saimme niihin heti korjauksen (sulake oli palanut ja siitä syystä jääkaappi ei toiminut eikä vedenkeitin eikä yksi pistorasia). Huonepalvelu suht. edullista ja nopeaa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta väkeä. Viihtyisä paikka, tykkäsimme kovasti asua siellä. |

Location, food (particularly breakfast) Rooms appear shabby, dated. Some lunatic staff member had the piped music turned up high in the breakfast room. Sounded like I was in a concert hall! Took two requests to staff to get it turned down. Perhaps they couldn't hear me over the noise... |

Very good value for money. Staff very competant and friendly. Air conditioning working. Great location for Erlas Court Concert. Allowed us to leave luggage as we arrived early for check in - always a bonus when in London! As a former hotel manager and now an NVQ trainer & assessor in customer service I was very impressed with the standard of hotel and staff customer service. |
