The room, the space in the hotel, the brasserie, the breakfast, the staff. This was a great experience and we will use this hotel again when we need to be in this part of London.
There was nothing that we did not like.
Location excellent for visiting Royal Albert Hall
Too few seats in Reception area. Room with interconnecting door which made it noisy! Neighbours very loud!
Good choice for breakfast
Poor wifi in the bedroom
Th bathroom was very outdated and in need of a refurb.
Our bathroom hadn't been completely clean as hair on floor.
Comfortable bed Good pillows and bedding Clean room and bathroom
Would recommend this hotel, this was our 4th time of staying there
Location and quality of service.
Location, amenities, size of room & bathroom
Position -the short walk up to Kensington High Street cut down a few calories after the big breakfasts. I used to stay in the Bayswater area but am thrilled to say I prefer the Copthorne. Excellent.
Dificult to find anything really. The staff right across the board were very helpful and obliging. I am well into my senior years so as a solo traveller I cannot fault your team.
This is a good London hotel -- quite fairly priced in our opinion. Rooms are a decent size for London and very comfortable.
Not a criticism but an observation -- High Street Kensington Tube Station is not the best served of the Tube Stations -- train arrivals/departures tend to be a bit on the slow side.
It was in a convenient location for a concert at the Albert hall.
They were rather mean with their teabags and there were no biscuits to accompany
Small bedroom (supposedly superior club room) Pillows cheap and hard Bathroom dingy, shower curtain in this day and age? Cheap sanitary ware. Sticky floor Poor lighting Altogether a shabby hotel. No suitable room at check in Offered a different room from the one booked. Made a fuss had to go away and eat ,on return offered a club room on 10th floor with beds as requested. Why was that not offered in the first place ?
Good location for everything. Tube 5 minutes away. Hotel in a quiet area off the Kensington High St. Recommended.
Nothing to dislike.
Near the tube and bus stations. Not far from restaurants ,coffee shops. we did not take breakfast at the hotel but went to the Muffin man near by.
Our side was quiet , but on the other side there is the tube line which is overground. ask for the quiet side.
Location was good, handy to shops, train & buses.
Room was stuffy, could not open windows. Elevator landing smelt musty/moldy. Oloder hotel showing wear.
Staff are kind and trying to help us.
Entrance and lobby are often full of people and there are not enough seats to sit down.
Staff were very helpful
The wash had basin did not drain effectively and the hot water was only a dribble. The above were reported the recpetion on departure. The shower was excellent
Easily accessible from Euston train station. Comfort of the beds. Air conditioning/easily adjustable heating to suit everyone's preferences. The breakfast was excellent value for money with good choices for all tastes.
Inconsiderate noisey guests walking down passageways going to and from their rooms in the early hours of the morning. Had a problem with the water draining out of the sink.
I booked in 10 days apart and was pleasantly surprised that the check in lady remembered my name before I told her. Its also very well situated in a nice area of London
Tried to book an airport shuttle but the choices were limited. The concierge needs to find alternate sources of transport.
I liked the breakfastsxx
