Good place to access for city sightseeing and shopping

a shower facility was not comfortable due to inflexability to use it. Its hose was fixed.

Location

Booked a double room but received a twin room. Rooms had no widnows that could be opened, which felt uncomfortable and quite claustrophobic.

the hotel is in a great spot while being in a quieter spot with ease of access to explore the city with the tube station just a few steps away. the staff were so friendly and the breakfast lovely to get you set up for the day. only 1 downside is that double bed is just too small

bed size!

A very comfortable & accomodating hotel. Nice staff. All-in-all, a lovely short stay ............. will be back!

The fact the bar staff had very little idea as to what they were doing and the standard of English was very poor. My partner asked where the Ladies was and was told next to the Gents.

Hotel is in a good area for sightseeing and close to tube station. Nicely set out with bar, casual dining and restaurant plus other useful amenities.

It would have been nice to have a light breakfast included in the price. Car transport to the airport found it difficult to find from the postcode given.

Location I liked that the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the tube. also my son was interested in a university to complete his masters and it also was in walking distance of our hotel. The Rooms was clean and the beds was comfortable, the Chinese Restaurant on site was Good and the staff were friendly. The staff in the paid breakfast restaurant could have been more friendly.

Some of The Staff could have been more friendly, but I just it's the cold British hospitality.

Really good location to Kensington High St shops, staff very helpful. The fact I could arrange a transfer to Heathrow was great.

Unable to open windows whatsoever, had to have air con on flat out to be able to sleep in May, way too stuffy. Maybe this is more for soundproofing as our room backed on to train lines.

Location great with main transporation near and Hyde park and rooms are very confortable. Perfect for a city break.

The bed & room was clean & comfortable. Helpful staff on the Guest Service Desk. Good location.

Shower curtain over bath (Clings to you when showering). Rooms could do with updating. Towels a bit old & worn in places. Breakfast was ok nothing special - wasn't fresh orange juice. Didn't like where we were sat as other guests were bashing into us (Although I suppose we could have asked to be moved, but didn't bother). No safe in room (I appreciate there are behind reception, but most guests like to have a room safe) . Only 1 teabag in room - no Biscuits. Didn't complain as only stayed for 1 night.

Location is great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Comfort of bed is poor. Room no.454. They need to change mattress. Bathroom is not so clean hair in bath and floor. Shower curtain is not very good. Require refurbishment rather badly.

Generally helpful and efficient staff, comfortable surroundings and well situated hotel. Provided everything which we wanted for our stay. Particularly attentive chambermaid and breakfast waitress.

Room air a bit dry at night.

Location was good. Club food and drink facilities were good. Staff were efficient.
