Lovely hotel

The room we had was very noisy, there was some sort of machine on the roof which kept us awake all night.

The room was large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff in the bar and restaurant were very good.

Our room had a constant drone throughout the night which prevented my wife and I from getting a good night's sleep. The lounge and bar areas were full of children who treated them as a playground.

Staff friendly, room lovely and excellent food

The free lobby wifi made it all the way to our room on the fifth floor. The swimming pool was warm. Although we didn'y use it, the gym is properly equipped.

The ease for our next meeting in Windsor

We had to move rooms as the first room we had was too noisey(623) and the second (504) needs some painting in the bathroom The staff were very helpful andmoved us with no problem

I raised a concern as the food was soooooo bad - I asked for more sauce as it was dry and cremated and they had the cheek to charge for this - I raised this and other complaints to the Manager on duty and they offered me a £1 back for the extra sauce - an insult and reflective of the very poor service

Rooms were clean and tidy, of a good size

The Chinese restaurant is the worst I have ever eaten in, the service was slow and inaccurate with orders. I ordered a dish from the menu, it was not as it was described on the menu and tasted like it came from a packet, certainly would never recommend anyone. Breakfast next morning in the other restaurant was well over priced, a buffet breakfast that had been lying around to long and was barley warm again would not recommend. A private function was being held the night we stayed my daughter had to ring down to reception to ask when the music was going to finish or could it be turned down, only to be abruptly told 12pm.

The hotel was good and the saff very friendly.

sofa and coffee table in room gave us somewhere more comfortable to watch tv and relax.

room was too hot, but we were told had we informed reception they could have altered it for us.

Ideal for a location and stopover for a business meeting. Spa and pool a bit tired

Had no channels missing bath towels,but thankfully had our own.

Easy access to motorways , it was clean .

I got a good deal on price but i would have been very dissapointed had i paid the full room tariff, i thought therooms where comparable with most premier inns i have stayed in.

I enjoyed the whole experience to be honest everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and efficiently run. The food was of a good standard and the leisure facilities were good

Hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful, pleasant and polite.

The heating in the room was too hot and couldn't be chaged as the temperature control system was not working. The breakfast was over priced but very nice.

British breakfast with NO marmalade! What next?

The room was spacious and clean and it was only a short taxi ride into Windsor

The receptionist took our names to check in, handed us our room cards and said thankyou, we were left to completely find our own way round the hotel and spa, a bit more information would have been helpful. On the Saturday the pool was closed, we had booked the hotel and paid the extra money to use the spa and pool and we couldn't that day. The breakfast was ok but not well stocked, things always ran out and were not quickly replaced

Convenient location.

The room had a double bed instead of the kingsize bed specified, when attention of staff drawn to this on two occasions, no action taken by them to rectify ! The second person however, said they would make a note of it - not much help to us. Also hotel public areas were very cold, whilst appreciate that weather outside was well below freezing, the heating system was either not turned up or could not cope !

Easy to get to and find, bedroom was very spacious, nice bar.

Bathroom could do with a update. Mastic around the bath was a bit mouldy.

Staff eventually resolved.

Reception under staffed. Unable to cope with my issues and other guests booking in... had to wait for both below issues to be sorted. Going back to reception from 6 th floor. Electronic door card note activated. Then finding the room a twin when we upgraded to a king size

Nothing really.this was my second visit I would not go back again.

Staff very not friendly or helpful. Got removed because heating not working.to a room were the heating was not working.so up set just asked for a heater in the end. Lift not working properly. No one answering phones. Up and down serveal times to fix the problem.

Rude staff Refusal to serve 24hr room service menu. Asked for a double and got a twin. Old and scruffy decor.

Location was great for where I wanted to be.

The fact that we had to pay for our parking was ridiculous - £12 for two days.
